Socket exception?

Have spent the last forty minutes reading Reddit threads and watching very slow YouTube videos trying to fix this. Tried every suggestion and have restarted the network still app keeps failing. My kids also downloaded the app, same error. We use this a few times a week and never had a problem. Please fix! The line in our town is extremely long in the am.

App doesn’t process payment

The Dunkin app hasn't processed my payments (either card or Apple Pay) in months, giving me different error codes. The starbucks app doesn't have this problem…

The app is fine for ordering ahead but the deals never activate and the stores won't honor any app deals so don't bother

Why does the drink have to be hot coffee? I ordered a leg iced green tea and a donut but didn't qualify for points.

Price not the same as in person

Overall LOVE 👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👩🏼🏳️‍🌈 But when ordering on the app it's like 3 dollars more expensive than in person would prefer if prices were the same it would make my (an everyone else's) life easier Also I'm gay and you hated on me and my gf openly 💔💔👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👩🏼 Do better Dunkin. DBD ✌️😛

Fix the place order button!

From NYC. I always try to order my coffee a stop before I get off the train. Sometimes the place order button just doesn't work. Other than that it's a good app. Please fix the button. Thank you!

Terrible

I placed an order two times, both declined but it was still taken out of my account and it's in pending, I'm glad that wasn't the last I had to my name😤 undownloading! The points aren't worth

OK app

It's a decently formatted app, but the rewards are horrifically bad. Maybe if they gave me stuff I actually want and just make it more points to get it I'd be fine, but none of it is worth the points really.

worst app

please don't use this app. This is a scammer when you order something you see or not they will not give you the money back. I ordered the donuts the store don't have it but they charge me $18 and the store said we don't do anything call the customer service and they will refund you the money and I'm calling like two weeks. Nobody's answer me
