Points don’t always work
The app just stole my points, which costed me 10 visits to make. I went to apply them, and it took them and charged me anyway. This is the 3rd time. The first time it happened, I called and was able to get my points back. These last two times, I just didn't have the time to sit on a call and wait for customer service to answer and then try to explain to non-English speakers the issue. I really hate this app. It's not the savings it pretends to be.

Ordering ahead?
I'm not sure if anyone else is running into this issue, but most of the time when I go to pick up when ordering ahead - I have to wait in line for 20 minutes. The point of ordering ahead is to grab it and go. This includes walk in's too!

Horrible app
Let's you convert points to products okay, but, just try to put them in the cart. Can't do. Even the workers had a hard time. What's the problem?

Awful rewards program
The app is very convenient and user-friendly, however, ever since the company switched to this new app- based rewards program, the rewards have been awful! There's no incentive to choose Dunkin over the competition anymore.

Specials & Deals
The specials in the deals lately have not been specials or deals their own product or things that people don't want. They should be things that people order all the time so they feel like they're valued member of the Dunkin' Donuts reward club.

unable to use mobile order
Every time I try to do a mobile order, it charges my card then immediately refunds it. The order never goes through. The app and my phone are both up to date but it will not let me pay.
