I am super peeved with this app. Worked fine for a mobile order on my lunch break the other day. Went to open the app to mobile order my coffee and breakfast for tomorrow before 10:00 a.m. meeting and can't get into the app saying my phone is not compatible. And the website doesn't allow me to view my preloaded money and order or pay for my breakfast

Been using this app for years suddenly it no longer works with my phone OS version, ABSOLUTE BS. I AM PISSED, lost all my damn points because of it.

App is compatible with my phone. App won't open tells me to update but since it not compatible with my phone, app kicks me off. I have money still on my app and points not used. Nobody has reached out to me about this. If I am not able to use my points or get my money back, not sure what else to say about that then.

Be careful the new app will not work on some android phones. The app store will not allow it to download

NOW, I CANNOT EVEN UPDATE THE "NEW" APPLICATION INTO MY TELEPHONE. AND I CANNOT USE THE FORMER APPLICATION WHICH I ALREADY HAD IN MY TELEPHONE. AND, AND, AND, YESTERDAY I JUST DEPOSITED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS INTO MY ACCOUNT ON THE OLD FORMAT. NOW, WHAT DOES DUNKIN' DONUTS DO WITH MY MONEY? MY MONEY IS STUCK IN THIS DD RESTAURANT ACCOUNT AND I HAVE NO ACCESS TO IT. WHY WAS I NOT PREVIOUSLY FOREWARNED ABOUT THIS OCCURRING? IT IS TIME TO LEARN HOW THE COFFEE TASTES AT HONEYDEW DONUTS.
