I had to delete and then uninstall this app 3 times, lost credit for all my previous purchases, never had that issue with Chick-fila or Starbucks

This app is great other than the fact that when I go to load more money, I'm charged and the money comes out of my bank account or credit card. But it doesn't load onto the app. This has happened multiple times. Could have been a 5 star but my money is the most important thing.

The app does not allow you to create an account if you use Google voice.

No free item for birthday, also doesnt give you points on order if youre using a reward so if you happen to have points for a free drink on your birthday you wont get the bonus points boost for your birthday.

App won't let me add funds to my account no matter what card I use. Few other people I know have the same things happening to them. Takes away all the convenience when going to a busy Dunkin in the am, therefore I just quit going all together. No one has time to stand in line in the morning.
