4.9 stars? Fake review no doubt

If you ever tried this app you would know there is no possibility it earned a 4.9 star. Guess what, if you get a new phone and you are trying to set up as new rather than restore from your phone backup, Duo give you absolutely no option to bring any of your accounts on your old Duo to your new Duo. Puzzled? Yeah me too. Absolutely idiotic product design.

Language

My app downloaded in German i cannot read anything on it. I checked my language/region settings and all that is listed is English. So much for this app being helpful and it's mandatory to log into my university account.😡

I can't enter two-step verification because my phone is broken. You can't access my account, you need to tell me the solutions. While I prefer Duo Mobile to be more secure, now I don't enter it because it is a broken phone

Why is it German..

My app is stuck in German (I didn't do this; my phone is set to English also, I have to use Google translate to figure out what this says) and I have no clue how to change it back. I've tried to look up solutions but nothing works 😭

I downloaded it for Instagram account, and I couldn't access my account afterwards because it asks for this code which always gives an error. A trash, I'm disappointed

You don't have access to support. I changed my cell phone and I can no longer enter duo to authenticate the other apps. Terrible.

Duo Mobile works with Duo Security's two-factor authentication service to make logins more secure. The application generates passcodes for login and can receive push notifications for easy, one-tap authentication on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.

Additionally, you can use Duo Mobile to manage two-factor authentication for other application and web services that make use of passcodes.

Note: For Duo accounts, Duo Mobile needs to be activated and linked to your account before it will work. You will receive an activation link as part of Duo's enrollment process. You may add third-party accounts at any time.
