I hate this

I'm currently attempting to add another device to my duo control panel to make it easier to check my email for Indiana University; however, every time I try to sign in there is an error in authentication. I am unable to access anything due to this. I'm going insane.

I traded in my phone a month ago never dreaming the nightmare I was about to embark on. None of the associations transfer over with the phone, and when a phone is traded in, all data gets wiped. A month in I'm still trying to access accounts protected by Duo. Zero customer service. I'm getting rid of Duo on everything after this.

App is bad

I used it once and lost my insta for years because there is no proper password loss or recovery support or customer service what so ever. I hate this app never using it again or trusting it at all

When asked for login authentication, the code continues to be wrong even though the application is already connected to Facebook.

I activated Instagram two-factor login using this application, but I can't log back into my account, no method worked, I want to log back into my account and ask for my grievance to be resolved.

Duo Mobile - Product Description

Duo Mobile works with Duo Security's two-factor authentication service to make logins more secure. The application generates passcodes for login and can receive push notifications for easy, one-tap authentication on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.

Additionally, you can use Duo Mobile to manage two-factor authentication for other application and web services that make use of passcodes.

Note: For Duo accounts, Duo Mobile needs to be activated and linked to your account before it will work. You will receive an activation link as part of Duo's enrollment process. You may add third-party accounts at any time.
