Not working. The app acts like it will let me make account but it never does

App is worse than the punch cards. Missing orders after being scanned, and takes quite a bit longer to get the free medium than the punch card took to get any. Significantly reduced value, and not reliable.

App needs more customization
you need to be able to turn any rebel drink into a sugar free rebel on the app, you can do it in person but I use the app 99% of the time. Like just change out the regular rebel for a sugar free and not change the syrups.

it wont let me log in
heyyy i really like dutch bros but it wont let me log in! it wont send the verification link to my email, and i was thinking that maybe i should try to change the email. well, i cant! and now i cant log in!

Doesn’t work
The app is down more often than not. In the last five days, I haven't been able to access the app in three of them even when I try to login it says authentication failure. I received help the first day and after about 24 hours of me not being able to login I was able to login and it's down again today with the exact same issue and I'm doing the same thing that they recommended and it won't work.

I'm not sure who else is experiencing this issue but unfortunately I'm not able to use the app. When I open the app it just freezes on the logo and it will not go any further. I tried restarting my phone and downloaded the app again and the same issue happens. I really enjoy the app but sadly this issue is happening. Once the app is working again I'll change my review.
