Left After 10 Minutes
I'm in a deep bind and really needed cash quickly. I provided my bank details & my employer information. I work in home health care. And if anybody understands, that sometimes we're in between cases. Well basically I didn't work the week before last. But I worked last week. As I seen my work address was verified they weren't verifying my employer. So I just headed over to support to let them know I was new but how long would I have to wait. Needless to say, I wasted 10 minutes on this app because they told me because I didn't have a payment for the week I didn't work that they couldn't cash me anything until my next pay day, which literally makes no sense because by then I wouldn't even need the help. I see all the great reviews and I'm happy this app worked out for everyone and helped them when they needed it most, but I'll digress and keep it pushing.

Disappointed
I have used Earnin for more than a year and even though I made my payments on time and had a steady income to repay, they bounced my amount everywhere. One paycheck it would be 200 and the next they would drop it to 100, back to 150 and then down to 50. I asked why and all I got was a scripted reply. Telling me to start a bank account with them. One paycheck I had extra expenses. I paid back their 200 dollars plus fees and the tip you are guilted to leave. I really needed to borrow it back and guess what, they dropped me to 50. Again I asked why. I was told there really wasn't a reason why, the app decides what you get. They have no control over it. I immediately closed my account. My advice, don't get sucked into their cycle. They are just as crooked as any other company. Just remember, they wouldn't do it if they were not getting rich. I'm disappointed and do not recommend. Hope someone reads this and knows that I'm being honest and truthful and it saves them from being played.

iPhoneSE 3rd Gen
Since last update, unable to finalize request because screen cuts off just below final disclosure agreement with no known way to zoom out or navigate to hit submit. Uninstalled, re-installed, restarted phone, called customer service. Still no resolution. Love the app but fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

don’t even bother
even after all the set up with this buggy system, I was finally ready to withdrawal and it gave me a message that it can't verify my income after already approving me and verifying with my other bank account. trsh app

Doesn’t work
There is like four million steps to be able to get money. It wouldn't let me connect to my bank because of wrong login credentials, it was literally the correct ones because I logged into my bank account several times to prove it. Takes way too long for this be.

I would give it a 5 but it does lack on when I get paid to repay earnin and ask every time to verify my account. But it does come through.

This is an Ok app
This app is ok only because there is a discrepancy in the max from pay cycle to pay cycle as other reviews stated. This is crucial when you budget around a 500 max.

Horrible Horrible customer service every time. I've had to make multiple contact for ONE issue for over a month now n it is still unresolved. Don't bother with this app. There are MUCH better ones out there. If I could give less than 1 I would've.
