Still a lot to learn in the field of customer service. As long as the app works fine, but if there are any defects you are on your own. And the tone in which you are spoken to, both by phone and via chat, is really terrible. I'm gone

Too bad..can't use it. iOS 15 Now to iOS 16. Phone is outdated and will not get a new one. This one is still usable.

App crashed several times when I wanted to start a parking session. I then started a parking session with Yellowbrik (which worked well). Later I received an invoice for the maximum parking behavior at that location. There is no discussion about this with Easypark. They do not see any app problems in my account. I can prove by means of log files that there were indeed problems. They stick to their guns. Had no other choice than to pay. Of course I cancelled my account. What a rude treatment you get there.

The strange thing is, it is an update. but a standalone new app. And you have to fill in all the data again after installation. Quite annoying. It would be handy after the update that data is filled in automatically.

Worthless app, always something going on
Every time I need the app, there is something wrong. App updates, two-step verifications where it takes ages before you receive the code. The idea of a parking app is convenience. Hopefully I will find that at Yellowbrick.
