Offers despite deactivation
Although I specify fixed prices in my offers and deactivate the direct purchase option, I keep getting offers from interesting people. It's just annoying

Search function is useless
And everything is full of irrelevant advertising. I'm looking for a camera for up to €150 and I get an ad for a MacBook for €1900. That's fun.

7 out of 7 requests I received were bots. I will no longer use this app and switch to other apps/websites.

Aggressive IP and device ban
Kleinanzeigen blocks users permanently via IP or by banning them from their device. The terms of use and user reviews are so unfair that you can be banned from Kleinanzeigen forever without a reason for another user to complain. Accidentally logging in immediately results in a ban. Logging in on a different device immediately results in a device ban. Logging in on a used smartphone that you bought from Kleinanzeigen with a new phone number immediately results in a device ban, as a user with the device has already been banned from Kleinanzeigen via a device ban. The only solution is a new device, i.e. smartphone, new number and, ideally, a new internet provider. That's why unfortunately no one in the area uses the app anymore or can use it because of this ban. Kleinanzeigen has shot itself in the foot. But there are enough other portals as an alternative. Since Kleinanzeigen left eBay, the app has become completely useless due to such bans, even for users who have been loyal for years.

Pictures disappeared from some ads and now I sent a message, but when I looked at the messages again it had disappeared. I've often wondered why people send their messages twice.
