Seemingly randomly logs out and forgets that I use biometrics at the worst times. Pretty sure it's aware of it, too. I dread having to use this app.

Frustrating to use
This app signs you out every time. The frustrating part of this app is that the login screen never works. I've unlocked the user name multiple times I've written down my information to insure I don't forget it. I tried to reset my password but it gives me a randomization of secure questions to insure it me but these are questions I never answered when registering so how does the system know if it's right or not. This whole process is a head ache.

Terrible! Doesn’t work.
This is the worst app I've ever attempted to use. Followed all instructions & cannot register because it won't let me select the register button after filling in ALL of my correct information. When attempting to reset my password it is asking me to answer security questions that I never set up so of course it's saying the answers are wrong. Please fix this. I'd really like to be able to use this app please.

Inconsistent and buggy
App doesn't work every time and if you restart your phone it erases your credentials and refuses to accept the correct ones. It also fails to accept challenge question answers and glitches formatting so that you can't enter your id. On top of that it has gateway access errors to the Ebt website sometimes. This app needs to be rewritten or eliminated entirely and replaced with a website. It is not good.

does not work. Good luck if you forget your password IMPOSSIBLE TO RESET IT! I love apps like this login not possible. It's a great app other then that DON'T FORGET YOUR INFO OR BREAK YOUR PHONE since then this app is completely useless.

I accidentally hit the Unfreeze Card button. On the warning screen about unfreezing my card, I hit cancel instead of ok, but the app now shows my card as not frozen. I've tried to refreeze it several times now, even closing and reopening the app, but every time I click on the Freeze Card button it says: Error Freezing Card There was an error completing your request to freeze your card. Please try again.

I can not log in. I have to change my password and when I log out I have to change the password I just changed. this app has me frustrated.
