Scam
I bought a plane tickets and 14 days later eDreams withdraw 89,99 EUR from my bank account for Prime membership. No chance to cancel membership in the app, you can just call to their callcenter where foreigners with heavy Indian accent are explaining to you why you are charged. No chance to refund the money. No info about Prime membership while purchasing plane tickets. Avoid using their services.

The biggest scam on the planet keep far away my flight was canceled by airlines, then given a day, which I didn't want... when I contacted them, they told me they couldn't do anything more reach out to Airlines Arkia directly - when I contacted Arkia, they said I need to go through my "travel agent".... filing a complaint with BBB....beware of them

I bought cheaper tickets and Prime was activated, after a week €119.9 was debited from my account twice without my consent. I tried in vain to call to contact someone.

You get cheated with refunds. 2 months later we are still waiting for the Refund after 4 flight cancellations. They are unpresentable and scammers

Absolut Scam ❗ The most legal scam I ever seen in my life They took from my bank account 120€ without my authorization The app subscribed to the prime account without my knowledge after I bought a ticket to Barcelona, and after I cancelled the prime service and asked for my money back they didn't want to! Costumer service don't even answer! That's why i will never trust those kind of apps again

Useless application and disappointing service. I wouldn't go through Edreams anymore. Registration made and validated by their platform but there the company re-invoiced me for a registration because edreams did not follow up. The return went well without any additional manipulation on my part. However, no assistance or reimbursement for the outward journey and I am simply sent to deal with the company which in my opinion has nothing to reproach itself for.
