Worst website I ever had to use to book a flight. Forced to create a prime account and now I've been contacting and emailing them for a week and they won't cancel my subscription. They took money from a booking that "failed" and still didn't refund me. Biggest scam I've ever dealt with. No refunds yet, and no one to answer my cancel request. Absolutely terrible. Do NOT book with them.

One star because there is no option of any, an app that downloads it and charges you for subscribing is a total scam. I missed the flight because the application changed the boarding gate is a total failure

This is a ridiculous company which doesn't provide any means of written contact for "unsubscribing" their Prime. This is not retention, this is fraud and scam and should by treated as such. In a weird way, their Prime subscription manages to go unnoticed and charge annual fees of 70 eur without renewed approval. No surprise they don't allow ratings on their google and Facebook accounts. Say try one months premium account give discount.after 2 weeks take out full price 89.99£ subscription for 1yaer and can't decline reward full price give you deals vouchers or half price 45£ and leave premium account. And after second year I'm must call again. not forget for decline payments before renewal ,straight can't do ....

My flight was canceled, I submitted a refund request. They didn't send any confirmation nor process my request. I checked after a couple of weeks and still there is no refund process and they not answer on the support chat. It's a scam basically

A disaster, I made a purchase of a round trip flight, they canceled my return and I don't know they take care of anything. They debited my money and now they want me to buy again but only the return leg, the return takes 2 weeks, obviously looking for a single section will be more expensive. I don't buy anymore around here
