It lets me book and it's busy.
I booked a hotel and they called me to tell me that it was occupied and they gave me three options that were completely different from what I had booked. They agreed to call me back and I didn't receive any calls. I called and spent 30 minutes explaining the same thing to three different people for nothing because they had no information about the hotels. They charged me for the call and I still have no solution. A disgrace.

Doesn't save data
I have entered the data of regular passengers and they are not saved even though the app tells you they are. I have tried it several times and sometimes it saves some data and not others. I would appreciate it if you could fix this. Thank you.

They show free trial as an option then deduct the money and if you want to cancel membership they do not return it back.

eDreams managed to log into my account again, with the service cancelled, debiting €90 from the account, this is a company of crooks, thieves, never again, and it doesn't end here!!!

This app is a fraud! I am paying a monthly fee without ever agreeing to the payment. They took my bank details from when I booked a flight. All the numbers I have tried say that it does not exist. Now I still pay monthly for something that I never use. Watch out!

Their services are very bad and a lot of money is deducted. This needs to be avoided. They did not even let me know and deducted money from my account. I called them and said that I do not want your service.

Tricked me into booking with them not direct with Ryanair, when I tried to checkin it failed and told me to do it via Ryanair which because I accidentally booked through them, became even more complex. Very frustrated and unimpressed
