The eDreams app is a rip-off. They charge you a subscription to Prime of 89.99 and even if you cancel the subscription, they still charge you every year, even if you remove the card from the app. THEY ARE A ROBBERY.

Warning, very dubious site to collect money! Another site is grafted onto this application called TERMINATION EXPERTS! To help you cancel the edreams premium except that nothing is canceled and you are sent the invoice for a letter supposedly sent! Total scam. They charge you for a subscription without prior notice, and they send you a message after 14 business days to cancel the subscription, which you did not do voluntarily. And since they send you the message after the cancellation period, they don't want to give you anything back. This should be illegal, since the message should be sent before then, because you don't find out about the subscription since the page doesn't notify you that you have subscribed. Total rubbish.

The prime membership is scamming 100s of thousands of people, by setting up secret account membership charges when purchasing a flight. Beware. White collar crime at its finest. They will not pay this back. Its even called "Prime" so it looks like an amazon charge on your account. Very sneaky.

it's a scam. they registered me automatically when I bought a ticket and then automatically changed my credit card. now I am trying to cancel and it's not on their site and only available from app. you have to click on so many different things to cancel. awful experience.

Edreams has been the worst nightmare for us We are prime members since June 2024 and have traveled 7 times with them. We are requesting an invoice since september for job reasons, calling more than 13 times. Each and every call has been for more than 30 minutes, and we still haven't received the invoice after 4 cruel months receiving the same excuse. They tell us they are making the claim and that we have to wait 10 business days.... it has happened 7 times... still have nothing

I have been scammed for €89.99. A few days ago I made a flight reservation from a new promotional account and my wife made another reservation from her other account for the same flight, but we paid for each of the reservations with the same card. From eDreams they interpreted that I made two reservations and charged me €89.99 for the prime. I have made several complaints and they do not want to give me my money back. It is worth filing a complaint. I hope that this review will help many people so that they do not get scammed like I did.

Edreams is a monumental scam, I have been waiting for them to reimburse me 430 euros since August 2024. I call them every month, they tell me that they will reimburse me, they are liars, do not book with them.
