The app doesn't work. It says there's no internet, although that's not true. And, accordingly, the courses don't load.

Downloaded course material is jumbled up. Same video keeps repeating for different lessons, and subtitles are at times incorrect or missing. There's no way to report such errors in the app contextually.

Please stop building unneeded features and just fix your bugs

I found the new features of this app to be confusing and unnecessary. Meanwhile, the basic downloading function takes an unreasonably long time, which is apparently a bug.

It used to be a nice app experience. Now if you click the back button at any point it takes you back to the home page and you have to search and find courses from the start. Very frustrating.

Privacy nightmare

They sell your information. You can opt out, but you have to do so on every device and every browser on which you use the software, and the opt out is cancelled as soon as you clear your cookies. Besides that, there are many bugs. It seems development has halted.
