constantly having to close the app and restart it as the Manage Broadband just hangs. and the Smart WiFi extender are useless

I am exhausted with your system, EE. I have been with them for years. My bill is higher, and they have not informed me. EE, you need to refund me the extra money you have been charging me. How do I contact you? I cannot have a verbal conversation?

I have no idea why the lady said I could use a number (that I can't), so I've just waisted over an hour for no reason. apparently, I can't use a certain number tho the girl I waited for nearly 40 mins to actually get talking to a human being told a wee porky. Now I'll have to do it ALL OVER again. I hope they pay me for all this stress also I NEED to phone that number URGENTLY! Thinking off leaving. never heard anything like this in my life. Total joke! n not funny ha ha
