Login issues App sends you notification that you've a new bill. You try to login, but it now ignores your biometrics. You go through a manual login, requiring passing a 'prove you're human' test, then they want you to set up 2FA, then they make you log in again, requiring another human test, but at least ask if you want to set up biometrics this time. Then they say sorry, we don't have billing info right now. You login later, but the biometrics no longer work... and still no billing. Seriously??

Good app for EE SIM users. Just needs a refresh in display of the articles. Support needs to be better though.

Horrible app it's just so slow, nothing ever seems to work. Always tries to bring you elsewhere to buy more stuff. Honestly for such a big network how they can't have this streamline is beyond a joke

Dreadfully confusing the worse move I made . bt was much simpler. Can't waite for contract to end. Would not stay with EE if they offered the service for free.
