Always offline
I have a max7 and an eero 6 as a mesh network. The eero 6 is regularly offline and lights up red. Usually only a manual restart helps. Annoying! Please fix it quickly

Eero app won’t show my system
Even though my eero has been set up and is working and providing internet it will not show anything on my app. Deeply disappointed and annoyed.

new UI is garbage
The UI update and the inclusion of the new eero+ branding on the main screen is insulting. While I understand the importance to you of highlighting this add-on, the amount of screen space the newly designed advertisement occupies feels excessive and detracts from the user experience. As someone who has already purchased your hardware, this approach is off-putting. The ad takes up almost as much screen inventory as the actual router function. Not cool. Move the eero+ branding and related features to a separate tab. This would allow customers to enjoy a clean, functional interface without unnecessary distractions on the main tab.

Cannot change the names of connected devices
Works fine on my iPhone but on my iPad it will not allow me to change the names of my devices. This seems like a pretty basic oversight.

How dare you ever allow my mother to be able to pause the internet. She already takes all of my devices what's the point of pausing it. She's petty and I blame you for enabling it.

my devices I block or pause are sometimes being unblocked without my participation. There are duplicates also and I cannot delete devices there is no option.

Absolute piece of garbage. For the past 3 days I haven't been able to get Internet for longer then an hour, and Everytime it goes out. It takes 3 hours to come back on. I want a refund for the time I went without internet, because it's 260$ a month. But customer service is useless. They won't fix my issue, and had the gall to lie to me and blame me for it not working. But what do you expect from an AI chat bot that won't connect you to a human, and just keeps repeating the same apologies.
