App update blanked my sites
I don't understand how an update can't be tested pre release. None of my sites are appearing in the app as of noon today right after the update. I was logged in this morning. I am unable to use the app to manage my systems.

eero protects Apple devices from being recognised in your network
I really don't like eero and wish my broadband provider could provide an alternative router. The biggest problem is this router won't be able to show the exact name of the Apple devices connecting/connected to the system. I'm the owner and I'm paying for the service therefore I should be able to know which devices are/were connected to my network. On the contrary, eero is actually protecting Apple devices so just to show them as unknown devices in my network. How stupid is it! Apple doesn't pay you, we're paying you!

the app is awful from a monitoring perspective. real time data is extremely delayed or just doesn't display at all or just shows all devices as idle. I highly recommend utilizing 3rd networking monitoring software because this is completely unreliable

it has its flaws there needs to be more local connection settings which allow to setup offline or to have a guest Mac filter be separate from the networks access control. and to allow to use static addressing for the Wan port

Day 3
I went from a long time spectrum client, to Bluepeak. Install was cake. Techs set this app with great ease. Everything opened, no problem. Day 2/3. App does even open. Call customer support, nothing. Go to app support on here. Issue isn't listed and just keeps taking me around in circles- no customer support chat or otherwise. Though the internet works great. The app.. I can't recommend a black screen with the logo in the center as functional.

CONTINUES CONNNECTION ISSUES:
Unfortunately, I have to write this review in reference to not being able to stay connected to my phone, laptop, watch and iPad! This has been awful, I pay enough money to stay connected! Am I asking too much for your Tec Department to look into this matter! Please, let's work together on a solution to solve this WiFi problem! Take care & be safe! 09/13/24 Unfortunately, this company refuses to keep me connected to my devices! This isn't an occasional problem, this is every day! Okay, you win! 😝 [UPDATE] 11/07/24 7:23am I am still having trouble staying connected with WiFi! This happens all day every day! Would it be possible for someone to look into this?
