Current version launches an identifying screen and never goes beyond that.

Was better before
Bring back the ability to turn off a profile easier. Making a schedule to make a pause for a child is ridiculous. I just need to be able to turn off the whole profile. Make it easier. We could do it in previous versions. How come it's not available now?

Mondays firmware update :(
Looks like again nobody tested this. Unstable network. Eero6 every few hours showing red light and needs to be repowered. Master eero7 max green but performance also not awesome. A day before it all worked fine

🚨 Frustrating Experience with Eero Customer Support 🚨
I want to share my experience with Eero Plus and their customer service failure. On September 30, 2024, I purchased an Eero Plus subscription for $99.99/year through Apple. Recently, I realized that the service I paid for is not active. 🔹 Proof Provided: ✅ Screenshots showing my active subscription. ✅ A screen recording proving that my account is correct but features remain locked. ✅ My Apple receipt confirming the subscription is paid through September 30, 2025. When I contacted Eero Support, instead of fixing the issue, they told me to cancel my subscription and buy it again—essentially wasting the $100 I already paid! 🤯 They also suggested that I request a refund from Apple, but Apple doesn't issue refunds this far back—nor should they! Eero was paid for this subscription, not Apple. Then, they claimed the issue might be due to an “account deletion”—which never happened. The only thing I did was upgrade my router from an Eero 6e to an Eero 7 Max. Now, they're telling me that my subscription doesn't transfer to my new router? That makes no sense! Why should upgrading to their latest hardware mean I lose my paid service? 🚨 So, Eero is saying that if you upgrade your hardware, you might lose access to your PAID subscription and they won't fix it. This is completely unacceptable for a company owned by Amazon. At the very least, they should either: ✅ Activate the service I already paid for OR ✅ Issue a direct refund since I never received what I purchased. This is a terrible way to treat loyal customers. If you're considering Eero Plus, be aware that you could pay for a subscription and not receive it—and their support team won't help you.

You should be ashamed
The UI update and the inclusion of the new eero+ branding on the main screen is insulting. Understanding the importance to you of highlighting this add-on, the amount of screen space the newly designed advertisement occupies is excessive and detracts from the user experience. For us who have already purchased your hardware, this approach is off-putting. The ad takes up almost as much screen inventory as the actual router function. Not cool. Move the eero+ branding and related features to a separate tab. This would allow customers to enjoy a clean, functional interface without unnecessary distractions on the main tab.
