It works most of the time. I can't figure out how to refresh to see current charge speed and status. It seems to get stuck at the first numbers. Would be nice to have a refresh button or gesture. If you pull down it just minimizes the session info without refreshing.

The app and charging station are garbage. The card readers on the stations never work and the app is never responsive at the station. It constantly times out trying to connect or it will say that it's ready and then NOTHING HAPPENS. These stations and the app are a waste.

Not user friendly.
App needs to show the charging process for each station. There needs to be an efficient way to systemize waitlist. The way some of these chargers are built are confusing and some people just ignore the order at which other come. Either a virtual que line (thus preventing people who came in later cannot charge) or a structurally organized chargers need to be built in parking lots. And not the mention the need for MORE CHARGERS PERIOD

App is ok, service is garbage
When your 30 mins free charging is one second over, they immediately and greedily begin charging you. You don't even get 10 seconds to stop the charge and unplug. Despicable.

App won't log me in. Had to call support for remote activation last few times. Imagine doing that in hazardous weather waiting for the call center to assign a rep. App developer should be fired for not having the basic authentication setup working fool proof. College students develop better apps.

EA has generally been good, but I recently signed up for the monthly plan in the app and had 4 of my 6 charges not go to it. I paid full price for two because the app considered my expired Kia plan to still be the default, and two because I had to use a credit card when the app failed. Support did nothing for either case.

for multiple sessions now, my charge will randomly stop and I cannot get it restarted for long at all and the app is no use whatsoever in telling me why, only "there's an error" and to contact support. great. completely unreliable and if I didn't have the credits to use I'd avoid these chargers at all costs. EVgo is far superior. and of course I can't submit this negative feedback. yall are an absolute joke through the app. Avoid at all costs.

Stop charge does not work in app. App is unstable and disconnects. Charge stations are great. EA is my favorite network.
