Still no working charging schedule or use history
I have been waiting for more than a year for this app to be fixed. Home charging schedule does not work. And the usage history is also broken. It does not log the charge time or energy when done. It just disappears. And now the filter button just causes the app to crash every time. This makes it almost impossible to track my at home power usage.

Frustrating to use. 50% of the time the app and the charging station just can't figure out I have a subscription and requires a lot of plug and unplug. Also, it's interesting that when you raise your rates, it's not reflected in your own app BUT a 3rd party app like plug share is able to show the new increase.

another disappointment today with the charging station. Although for a rare case I was able to find this station with a lot of availability, my joy was short as I was trying to go through the app to start charging. Login was not working, error messages because of supposedly no Internet connection, impossible to start the charging from the app,... not an app, just a collection of bugs!! this is not going to help expand electric cars in America...☹️

Electrify America is one the worst charging networks I've had the displeasure of using. Be it the dreaded unavailable status, slow charging, payment readers disconnected from the internet, and chargers dying in the sun they have it all. Its just. and we ending cycle of failure with them...

watch out for these people when you sign up for an account they will Auto load your account way more often than they should I have been billed $120 for $14 worth of energy they've done this a couple of different times they're very little help from them they will not turn the auto load feature off even though I'm sure they can do it. just watch out using them they're criminals.

Home Charger - Doesn’t Save history
Used this since 10/2023, and works fine for keeping tabs on a DC fast charging session. But I also have the EA home L2 charger, and it does not keep data on home charging history. Weirdly, it only has about 7 sessions from March to May 2024 - nothing before that, and nothing since. Clicking the “filter” button crashes that app every time. Something's not working here.
