This app sucks. Using a Galaxy S24 Ultra. The text is to big to see the bottom of the app and it won't scroll. It tells you to choose the station but the selection is out of view. I have my text set to the smallest size. Also can't change phone orientation (to landscape) on this app. USELESS!

Honestly, an embarrassing app experience considering the amount of money that's been pumped into ea. Glitches, bugs, outdated information, missing key features, inconsistent app experience. When in doubt, force stop the app and try again. I don't ever rate apps but here we are... Charging itself is usually fine, but this app is terrible.

Decent app, needs Apple Watch compatibility
Default is to have all the notifications turned off, which doesn't help when you have to pay and idle fee. Having Apple Watch compatibility would be super helpful too

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I got signed up by the dealership 4 days ago and they gave me a code with a screenshot of their computer screen, but the code for a premium 2 year offer doesn't work. I called customer support for Electrify America over 24 hours ago and was told they will take care of my issue and I should get an email shortly. Just called them back and all they'll say is I have to continue to wait without any time frame. This is ridiculous.

Phone tapping rarely works, but it's not really a big deal since I can start the charge from the app.

By far the most infuriating thing about the app is that the map zooms out whenever selecting a location. This makes it very tedious to check the status of nearby sites because you must zoom in again after selecting every location. This is compounded by the lack of visibility into a site's status unless it is selected, forcing you to tap on each one instead of simply panning the map around. The pin should show me stall availability instead of a useless lightning bolt icon.

Consistently broken chargers at almost every site you visit app hangs up constantly doesn't recognize the chargers the chargers don't recognize the app they're billing system is from the '90s yes the 1990s
