Negligence and indifference
Day 5 , still my mom without medicine that she can't get in Dubai …. Last time I went to the office they said we promise you tomorrow you will get a call and we will check the CCTV as the bag was scanned here …… but no one contact coz no one care Customer care without deadline…. They told me some clients since 8 months or a year still looking for their bags ………. On the way again and let's see what scenario will get today They said will pay you in case Stupid excuses Your money will not compare of 1 min of my mom health I will pay you and do your work that people are paying more to use your services and no one was able to say we will solve it and will do our work that we are getting salary for حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم

Broken app, continuous issues with upgrades or back-end issues. Easy to break during seat selection, check in and information retrieval. No integration with skyrewards and forwards to website, where you leave the app. Lucky the flight experience is top notch.
