im a little upset when I paid back on time. I keep getting error messages that it can't use my bank account

If u need money quick in u have income but not that much it won't let u use the app I went through a lot of banking requirements just to say I can't get no funds

When i first got the app it was pretty decent especially the low prices but after a while it started giving me the wrong price and overcharging. When i checked for my ride it said it was 13$ as soon as i payed for my ride it switch to 19$ charging an extra 6 is crazy work ESPECIALLY when it said the ride was 13$ and when i only live 10mins away?!Empower be talking about there low prices compared to uber and lyft but atleast they give the right price….literally why the app is getting banned.

The app is decent, for the most part. they hold your repaid funds for over a week in Escrow, but the funds amounts always helped. The reason this has two stars, there is absolutely no customer support, I got locked out of my account after switching phones and numbers, only got repeating emails about how "someone will help me shortly" it's been a week and still after emailing them every other day, no response. Sent them my bank info on file, cards, ID, social , No response.

Paid my 75 back on March 25th on time but than my amount went down to 10 than at some point, went up to 25 like why pay that fee to use this app if you're gonna just give this small amount and clearly I can pay it back. I'm gonna uninstall it soon.

I like it but it won't let me borrow more than $75

My wallet and my phone were stolen and I thought that I had cancelled everything well apparently I didn't and I go and look at all of my bank accounts statements and these people were taking money out of my account without my authorization and when I had confronted them on it I basically got told screw you we don't believe you and we're not refunding any of the money that they illegally took from my accounts and they had been taking money since September of 2024 - current. And they're rude....

after paying an advance off EARLY, got an error saying I can't take an advance bc im not w/in 18 days of payday. I got paid today & again in 16 days. CS said they reviewed my acct & repeated the reason. i explained again & asked to have the sub fee ref if i cant use the svc. they again said the same thing & told me what the fee is for (im aware) & they can't refund it. so i am paying for a svc i can't use with CS agents that can't do anything, don't read emails and can't count days!!

Terrible app , the new code they send always comes back invalid.
