I need help and the email it leads me to safari keeps neglecting it and putting it as not delivered. It won't let me log in. I had to delete and reinstall app and it's just stuck on a loading icon and it not doing anything. I can do anything for app to work.

App wont even open, can't load anything when you need them and takes forever for you to be able to get a new advance. L app

I can login with my Face ID, but when it opens all I see is gray bars and can't see any info. I restarted my phone too.

It took all day to get my account opened had to keep calling support.once I got into it I was offered $10 which isn't worth the $8 a month to get that and pay $11 back plus the $8 monthly.i tried to cash out the advance and was told to come back to the acct in 18 days because I wasn't close enough to my next deposit to get the advance.im on disability and there's nothing out there to help ppl on disability at all.if u work 2 days a wk ur 1st advance will be $25 if ur making minimum wage and get
