It would be great but for some reason every time I get into it and try to do an advance, it always says that there was a connection error from the system and I always press that fix it button and everything seems to be good but then it just says it has a problem getting ahold of my bank. Funny thing is, I know someone who has the same bank and they have zero problems with it.

I like the fact that I can get an advance but what I don't like is I have to wait until the middle of the month to get one if I needed emergency funds it won't work because Empower don't give it to right away but yet what I also don't think is fair as soon as I get paid they take the repayments! If I have to wait to get funds like for instance this month I had to wait til the 16th but they take it as soon as I get paid at the beginning of the month? There is no balance between having to make me wait but yet they take as soon as a check comes in! 3 stars

Need improvement on giving less just because someone needs to change a payment date! Life sometimes throws unexpected changes so to give someone a loan based on pay checks and then change it because of a payment date needing to be pushed back one week is ridiculous. Other then that it's a awesome app, quick and easy process.

It won't allow debit cards to be added. It says taking longer than usual. But you didn't mind taking my money from that same debit card

I cancelled my subscription to this app and money walked off my card. And when I tried to log in my old number or new number doesn't show.

Waiting for the issue to be fixed

Beware even once you don't have an account with them anymore they will randomly hit your account as a direct debit for $8 I haven't used them in a year and just noticed they have hit my account 4xs this year. 2xs in 1 month with 8 months between the first till 2nd/3rdxs then 3 months after that for the 4th

They charged me 25 dollars after getting their payment . They refuse to refund me, they only have email support and every time you get someone new. They say no hidden fees but they charge you a fee , Even though they got their payment. They are taking advantage of those in need. Not happy , won't recommend. Save your self the trouble and go with someone else.
