You cannot change your number if you do not remember the old number

Doesn't work for everyone. I've tried multiple times with multiple accounts and I've paid $16 in fees so far and received no benefit from the app. Apparently there are cases where the app is unable to send an email.

Took extra money from me, the system they use to determine eligibility is unreliable you can pay on time and it'll still deny. No wonder why I stopped using this app go use EARNIN they've been great.

Was there when I was in a financial bind. Had a small hiccup linking my debit card but it was on my banks end. Called and had some Mastercard block removed and it worked fine!

I generally don't use these kinds of apps, but my furnace switch went out preventing the heat from clicking on. After a week of no heat, I figured let me give it a try. Unware of the hoops. Sign up process is extremely horrible. It 45 mins to get the app to accept my sign up info - as it kept send back to the begin to start over. Once in it, I was told I don't have transactions in my account. What? I get 2 deposits once a month in my account. However, the system says it couldn't find them. Smh

Took money from my account, just by simply having my account information and never took a loan

The app won't let me log in to my old account

Comes in handy when you need help, but the repayment is due before pay day, so it ends up costing more money at the bank in fees. It's not worth it.

Took out one advance for 75 and paid it back on time. The 75 appeared after I paid it back than for some reason, it went to 25 like thanks for the loss. It comes in handy but not worth $8 if you're losing money on the advance amount.
