Will no longer allow access using Apple ID

I really liked the app but cannot log in anymore! I signed up using Apple ID and now it says that that is the wrong email and I can't log in. I have about 6 months left on my annual subscription but it doesn't work. I've tried contacting customer service a couple times and haven't gotten a response.

At the time of purchasing the app it was 84.99 aud after purchasing it was 144 aud. Please return me my remaining amount and also you people don't reply to emails

I'm extremely disappointed!! Don't purchase. I am an educator and a parent. I renewed my yearly subscription as it had ended a few days ago. I punched in my credit card information and got confirmation that it was processed. Can see the money was taken out. However, the app continues to say I need to renew and can not view any of the material!! I reached out to the customer service help section and received an automatic reply that "due to high volume, it was take A WEEK to respond." Stay away!

I have encountered technical issues with starting free 7 days trial and I could not access any of their eBooks at all. However, I got charged for the annual subscription fee today and encountered another set technical issues. Despite payment made, I could not access any eBooks at all even after rebooting the app. Worst of all, I am still being prompted for payment methods to start the free trial. Very disappointed with this as I have sent requests to the support but not being responded.

My son loves this program at school, however, I have never had such a problem trying to sign up for an account for my him. I initially was offered $20 off the first year, while trying to sign up they changed the price to full price. Then it said I finally have an account but that the developer needed to approve it. I use Google Parental Controls and have had to try to create new email addresses just to get this to work. Horrible system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to try this reading app for my children and we started the 7 day trial. Lovely.. the kids loved it so went ahead and paid for the year but ever since .. it's on preview mode. I can see the paid subscription in my Google play store but the app doesn't give access . It's been like that for a month . I've contacted the support but "due to high volume of emails" it's taking time to get back. Horrible !! They don't get back.
