First off the game is decent. I've played for over 5 years and enjoyed it up till the last 2, its enjoyable for many at first. The game has gone downhill with content and been more aimed at other countries. It's less [phone]p friendly and constantly power creeping. Worst is they're hiding skins behind a $60 paywall now.

I can't play the game, every time I try to enter it says "I lost connection to the server" and never let me in, my internet connection is good, I updated the game, uninstalled and installed it but still the same I don't know if there's a problem pls fix I wanna keep playing

game is great.Gacha rate is not bad.I love game story.Overall, good to play.But gear rolling is really bad,In even free set.(labyrith). Just Gear.Other great.

for some reason doesn't let me log in it's April 1 and jeep saying connection timed out even tho connected to WiFi only

getting bad again can't even start the game just keeps saying loss server then tries reconnecting after 10 seconds the app won't start 😒 😑 trying to finish the broul tournament to get the rewards from them last time this happened I had to uninstall the game just to lose my account 😢

Honestly, the game is pretty good, friendly, and helps all players. However, I have a problem: I played it again after a few months and had left many heroes/characters from 5 stars, Moonlight and collaborations in the "reserve" device. Now that I reinstalled it, I was surprised to find that they have disappeared. I have already contacted customer support, but they do not give me an answer. It's really frustrating that the game does this kind of thing.
