I really do like MGM but I wish I could get it on my TV again for some reason they won't let me bring it up on my Roku TV

Up until about 1½ months ago, this was a good APP. I would watch it on my 75" Samsung by downloading the app directly to the TV, played with no problem. NOW it plays previews with no issue, but the title thay I pick never plays. It just sits there and goes through the 6 seconds of MGM+ welcome screen on a continous loop. So now I can only watch from my phone and then cast it to the TV which is a huge inconvenience and the quality is horrible. Not changing my rating until that is fixed.

something happened with the latest update, nothing plays on [phone]KW DirecTV box. Pauses on opening frame and will not progress.

I decided to get the app so I could watch From and I have run into issues so many times. I can be connected to a strong WiFi connection or even have 5GUW, but sometimes it takes 20-30 mins just to load up the main menu. Once I get the main menu finally loaded, I click From to watch and what a surprise to find that it's stuck loading, yet again. Sometimes it never loads. Sometimes it just keeps going and going and yet nothing comes up. Or I'll receive an error but no error code or indicator that would allow me to actually check a FAQ page or contact support and give them the code so they could explain to me what is happening and help resolve it. For something that has been around for awhile, like streaming, you'd think this process would be a lot smoother but no. Here we are stuck with dial up speeds.

WORST APP EVER Don't waste your time. The only thing this app does is load. Never get past the MGM page then I get a mgs that says NO INTERNET CONNECTION when of corse I have one. I switched devices 3 times with the same junk! I was really looking for to using this app. This sucks!! ☹️🫤
