Worst customer service, especially that Identity verification team. Have called like 6 times in 2 weeks to remove the restrictions but didn't get it done. One of worst.

VIP Access not loading
I never signed up for a 2 step authentication then all of a sudden now I have to enter a pin along with my password. I downloaded the suggested VIP Access App which had terrible reviews and lo and behold everyone was right. I can't use it for a pin to log into my account. Why mess with our login? I'm extremely annoyed with this because I can't access my accounts.

App was "Glitching" while my calls were ITM, just to work perfectly fine after they were down. They're still turning off the buy button! GME GO BRRRR

Update??
I had an issue with logging in with my phone number, come to find out I just had a fat finger. So I called customer service and got it figured out. I logged in via browser and my number IS correct on my account. I go to login via app and it needs to verify me still, so it needs to send a text. Sure. I put in my number and it repeatedly tells me it's not the correct phone number… even though I can go to the browser, log in with the same info and look at my account info to see THAT IS MY NUMBER. I'm annoyed because using the app is super convenient, but not when it won't update with your correct information. Please fix this bug or update your services faster.

It appears you can't add or remove metrics from watch list views like you can on the website. You are only able to change the order of the items that are already there. It's not a good research tool at all. If all you are doing is occasional buying and selling, you don't really need an app for that.

Notifications Need Work
How is it 2025 and a financial institution does not provide email or text notifications of deposits? I've spoke with customer service about this at least four times and they're always baffled. We've spent asinine amounts of time navigating user settings. It's an IT/tech support issue. Notification settings for brokerage accounts do not apply to savings accounts. It's as simple as that. This goes for the app and the general account settings for notifications on the website. As such there is currently no way for savings account holders to be notified of deposits. Insane. Fix this.
