Love all the vendors but not happy with all those different shipping charges!

I love a one-stop shop but am super unhappy with Etsy for not figuring out a better way to do shipping. Order totaled $80 and my shipping was $42!! 1/2 the total of my purchase. That's terrible.

PLEASE bring back favorites search bar

I don't like that I can no longer search my favorites. I like a lot of stuff and shouldn't have to scroll endlessly to find things I remember liking and would like to buy. Please bring this feature back on the app!

Done with Etsy

I bought a sign and paid a total of about $200. The sign was not as pictured. The review team decided it was as pictured which it was not And denied me a refund. That's why people shop at Walmart. If they don't deliver as promised they'll give you your money back. Etsy really needs to have handmade artisans show the finished product in a pic.

The worst support I have ever seen. Something as simple as deleting a review where the buyer has solved all your problems and not even being able to remove the review to help them. They send you from agent to agent offering you help that doesn't end up working. It has been frustrating. Of course, I have not been able to remove the review. Lamentable. I would never recommend this app in my life.

I can't sign into the site with my Apple ID, and I CANT DOWNLOAD PDFS THAT I FLIPPING PAID FOR IN THE APP. why?!? It's so frustrating when I'm super excited to try out a crochet pattern and I can't access it DESPITE PAYING FOR IT IN FULL. please fix this before I go insane and REPAY FOR 14 CROCHET PATTERNS FOR A SECOND TIME

Total scam! Made one purchase, didn't have time to download the material as I got a permanent ban on the site. Tech support didn't help. Refers to the fact that I violated something there. Judging by the comments from the network, many suffered from Ukraine. It can be assumed that this is not only a scam, but also a chauvinist organization ETSY!
