I purchased a digital download and have yet to figure out where the heck it is and how to affect the actual download. VERY Frustrating.

Fix your website so it doesn't revert to “update” after you've followed directions and updated. I buy my Christmas cards and presents on Etsy, but this year so far it looks like I won't be able to access it

This app is very good on almost every point. However, the cost of deliveries is sometimes very high. for the purchase in question and also, for a few days, I have been encountering a rather particular problem (this only happens to me with two specific objects); I can't put these items in my cart. They just don't show up. yet I continue to receive notifications with them... Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks in advance

Shopping cart is confusing. You only see the real price when you pay. Same things in the shopping cart on another mobile phone is a different price with different discounts. Third mobile phone again a different price.... understand who wants...
