Departure Destination Switch
Although I filled the intended outbound was from Paris, I must have hit the switch arrow and purchased 2 tickets in the wrong R/T direction! I only realized when I checked the seats. That arrow in the App is a liability! Had to purchase 2 new tickets and there is nowhere to cancel in the App, for a refund.

Change of Seat(s)
I regularly travel between Paris and London to visit my children who live in Nottingham. For several times now, it has been very unpleasant to have to change seats, especially on the outward journeys to London since I take a train on the way to Nottingham. Sometimes I have to run with my luggage so as not to miss my provincial train (between the delay of the Eurostar and finding myself in cars 14, 15 or 16 when I generally book the 3rd. Similarly, recently I have noticed that the ground staff before the baggage check are no longer very welcoming... The on-board staff, on the other hand, are always considerate. I am 72 years old and changing cars is becoming a "small" handicap for my trips to the UK. Kind regards

Delays and cancellations of trains have become the norm
For months, the Eurostar service has been deplorable. 25 to 40 minutes of delay has become the norm! Very regularly a train is cancelled, passengers are standing or even unable to board the train. 1 time out of 10: a nice surprise, we leave on time and arrive on time. No compensation for less than an hour of delay. Out of 10 trips in January 2025, only one went smoothly. Very stressful to travel in these conditions. No reliability. The time organization of travelers is held hostage. As for the staff, the best and the worst exist.
