Dreadful
Dreadful service, dreadful app. Constantly late or cancelled trains. The app doesn't let you choose if you want aisle or window seat, which it used to before the Eurostar takeover of Thalys. So, so bad.

We can't book a seat on the train to Amsterdam ourselves!! It's a real shame! And why the trains are always full at the last minute, the trains are not long enough! Adding wagons!!!

Failure to serve the destination
Train to Antwerp which actually ends in Brussels without notice. Total chaos to board another train without any reserved seat for this change. Carelessness and total lack of service. Zero!
