Failed to show me my tickets
I'd set up tickets around a month before the event but when I checked the day before the tickets failed to show up therefore I had to book it again and get new tickets. Very frustrating and stressful.

This group is a fraud. I and several friends and family purchased tickets to a charity event for a local chorus after googling the event. Eventbrite sent us fake tickets and did not send the money to the charity. Do not use them. There is no phone number to contact them. We all ended up disputing the charge with our credit card company. Again, this is a fraud.

Too many layers
I can't get to my event because of all the layers upon layers required by this app. I'm missing the whole thing at this point. Not happy.

Can’t change app to dark mode
I really liked using the app, however with the latest update the appearance is now light mode even when my phone setting is on dark mode and there's no way to change it. very frustrating it's definitely deterred me from using the app as frequently as I was. Please restore option to use dark mode on Eventbrite.

Calendar
Very odd that a site geared for events doesn't make it easy to calendar events like most every other chamber etc. While it is great that you can add to your calendar after registering , how is that helping you get more people to pay for events? In my business I often can't decide if I can go until last minute so I add all the events to my calendar and register closer to the event. Every other service makes this easy and you don't even have an option to do it. I am sure I am not alone so you are missing out here. It would be great if a change could be made and it would only help all parties.

Ticket not found then only errors
I got a ticket for an event to allow apple wallet I had to download this app. After signing up I received and error that “something is wrong” I tried re logging back in, clicking through the link and finding the tickets manually and all I get is errors. This app also asks for WAY more information than it would need. I recommend staying away from this app if you can and just use the web to buy and use tickets.

(ATTENTION) DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM! SCAM! Be careful, this company is a scam! They stole my money since the 13th, canceled 4 tickets without my permission and NOBODY RESPONDS. They didn't give me a receipt so I can REQUEST A REFUND through my bank! Unfortunately, the day of the event will arrive and I will miss it!
