App doesn't work. Can't reset password they claim they'll sent link- they don't. They claim they'lll send/ email your tickets -they don't. Same as online TERRIBLE

Not Intuitive Seat Selection
The system does not provide an easy legend and attempt to pick seats for you. You have to deselect the app seats before picking the seats you prefer.

They use my email to get tickets that I never requested, they should have more filters so that not just anyone uses your mail without your consent!

This app is not working
I have used this extensively to find local events, but it's suddenly not working with the option to filter by categories.

Algorithm to be improved
The app itself is well done! But I can never find events related to my interests. Then maybe browsing on Linkedin or through other pages, I learn about super cool events that I haven't seen on the app. That is, if set as a design interest, let me see everything related to design (as long as I also move). What sense does it make to show me the crochet or cooking class? Well, I don't really understand.

Terrible app and very bad experiences They usually exclude people of limited resources, people of color, sexual orientation etc from online events... I think Google should take action in the face of the negative and frustrating experience that usually happens to some users who use this app for the first time.
