Game creators are not honest

I have been enjoying this game but recently I purchased some gems coins and hero chests and in the past they always downloaded. But all of a sudden the Hero Chests won't download into the game. I contacted the games creator and they brushed me off saying I had to get access to another section of the game. Say what! Well that was not advertised when I made the purchase. I even gave them Evidence of what was suddenly going on. Seems the creators don't care and will randomly change how the game operates. They appear greedy and don't care about their users. Some type of compensation would go a long away. Like gems or power. It's very frustrating.

Game Crashed

Need help from Support! After the last update, I lost most of my progress. I have been playing a few years now, which means thousands of points and gems and crystals have been wiped out. I am not able to contact support either because the game is not working. I am so disappointed. I really miss being able to log in and having the game ready for me to play. 😓

I really liked the game until recently. There are icons to watch ads, now it starts throwing them away and just like that when entering the store or collecting orders, ads turn on. Why did they do this? I'm deleting it because of this.
