Everyone Active App

The site is very good with lots to offer, however I was recently locked out of my account and could not get on online on via the app. Nobody at site could help and just said it looks fine their side. No customer services that could be called and this was an issue getting in and out as I couldn't scan the QR code and no discounts at the cafe

This is getting a two star and not a one star because of the one person on their enquiry team who responded to one of my enquiries and that was to only tell me an enquiry was already open, but they were polite about it. Other than that the enquiry team are useless. I couldn't log in and I tried to reset my password and was not getting the email to reset the password. AND YES I checked the spam. So I had to phone and cancel my booking at my leisure centre.

Awful. Can't see swimming progress properly. I don't understand why all everyone active swimming lesson progress is recorded differently. Not user friendly at all and the staff don't seem to be able to help either.

So temperamental. I only use it for my daughter's swimming and some days I see her progress and then I don't. Now can see aqua passport and it shows a previous stage and not current one correctly. App needs a serious overhaul

Frustrating constantly having to uninstall and reinstall to get it working. Spend so much time watching it just hanging or getting error messages saying request timed out.

You can also sync your wearable devices and Apple Health data with your profile. You can also use the QR code scanner to sync activities in the gym to your profile.
