this app is easy to you use, I would have gave 5 stars but I don't like how when I'm out and about there aren't many operational charge stations. someone needs to get on top of that asap!

No way to disable marketing push notifications without turning them all off. You can disable "General" category notifications from android settings or various categories of Charging started/stopped from within the app, but no option to disable marketing push notifications.

You can select Canada but….
Yes, you can select Canada. The trick is to scroll through the list of states and within the states are Canadian provinces. The states and the provinces are all mixed in together in alphabetical order in the list. Having said that, there are absolutely no charging station locations available in Canada, at least that I can see. So I don't know if I'll be keeping the app. Update: removing app since it's no use to me. No chargers in Canada. Bye!

Charge Rate/Speed is Quite Acceptable ... Available/OnLine Charging Units are Typically 2 of 6 ... FAIL even on a Bell Curve

Map view is horrible
Who designed the map. Lags and stutters when zooming and panning. When I click on one charger in a densely packed area it just zooms out to like a 5 mile view. How is that helpful at all? Don't change the zoom so I can see where it is !!!!! Also most chargers are down or broken and are not repaired quickly. But that's not an app issue.

I don't know how people rate these days! Near me in Irvine California, there are 6 charging stations that 5 of them is been DOWN for almost three months! Can you believe this?! and they always tell you on phone the maintenance technician is waiting for parts or go to other location! No wonder some people are wanting to go to Gas or Hybrid. App is another story, like today the “charging in progress “ wasn't communicated with a charger, Ooh wonderful now we have app problems!

Love it and Frustrating sometimes
I like the app overall and find it mostly easy to use. I appreciate its features and the fact that you can start charging from the app. Unfortunately though I've ran into m- the app crashing, sometimes it doesn't pull up the charging locations, sometimes it doesn't update if chargers are in use, & more than a handful of times it won't start charging from the app and there's an error, and sometimes wait times are long to get ahold of someone, but it's gotten better. But overall, really grateful for the app & service.
