Evri is the worst delivery company in the UK. The company and its staff are completely unhelpful. Can you imagine not being able to get someone on the phone to resolve any issues with your items? Their customer service is non-existent, and it feels like they hire anyone-even those who clearly have no care for the job. The drivers are some of the worst in the country, displaying a shocking lack of professionalism. I wouldn't trust them with any delivery. I've had nothing but problems with Evri. Their phone lines are practically useless, and you're left stranded when something goes wrong. The whole operation seems to be run by people who couldn't care less about doing their job right. Their drivers are extremely careless, making errors that could easily be avoided with proper training. Overall, a bad company that fails miserably at customer support. The bad company in the UK truly exists-Evri. The people working there are not helping at all. Imagine trying to get help over the phone and never getting through when you have an issue with your delivery! On top of that, most of their drivers seem to be the worst in the UK. It's as if they hire anyone, regardless of whether they care about the job. I've never experienced such poor service from a delivery company. These reviews reflect a very negative experience and may be useful if you're looking to share your opinion. Bad courier and customer service
Isn't in the safe place shown on the photo, just picture the courier's hand , and lost my parcel, and doesn't have real customer service to help me. Really disappointing service

Utter rubbish payment failure for months now and now oops something went wrong
Your app is useless! I have tried over the past months to pay for delivery three this app and it keeps coming up payment failure! Utter junk! What's worse is this has been like this now for months! Better off with the post office! FIX YOUR RUBBISH APP!!!! Problem after problem!

Every business that uses Evri should rather prefer Royal Mail or DPD. Evri is just soo bad against its competitors. Bad experience to say the least.

It is OK, however it would be good if the app sent delivery notifications, which it doesn't despite all settings being correct. Also, the information provided re delivery timings etc does not match the real world. Shame, as the app is almost there.

Travel miles to post a package. Can no longer post using the machine. Now i have to install this app. Download and enter all details "you cant sign up through the app" go to the website. Enter all my details. It directs me to the app. Waste of time, thanks Evri

Later in replying to my email. After asking For a update. I'm waiting. when they have had it from the 7 th of February and payed for special delivery.. and now it's the 19th of February. Still waiting for my order to show up.. it's not a reliable service and wouldn't recommend
