I would like to see a way to remove parcel tracking history as some of the history may have been voided out/cancelled or simply not of any relevance to want to keep any more. Also, if it was possible to track the driver to show how many drops they were away from arriving from you

absolutely appaling service, I have taken up my enquiry with the POSTRS OMBUSMAN. I "STILL" HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY LIGHT BULBS, THEREFORE CANNOT HAVE ELECTRCIAN FIT THE LIGHT FITMENTS, NO LIGHTBULBS WOULD RENDER US IN DARKNESS IN OUR KITCHEN!!! EVRI OWE ME THE COST OF THE LIGHTBULBS, AND A TRUE EXPLANATION, AND NOT A "FOB THE CUSTOMER OFF" ANSWER. EVRI, YOU ARE DISGUSTING!! WHEN I ORDER ONLINE AGAIN, I WILL ENQUIRE WHO CARRIERS ARE, IF I AM TOLD EVRI, I WILL NOT ORDER,

Very disappointed
There used to be a tradesman entry and I am not sure why drivers are not trained to use these for deliveries. Next attempt to deliver was in a week's time by then items were no longer required. No option to collect personally either!

Customer Services are trashed. My parcel was stolen. I contacted them and asked for an email to prove my parcel missing. If I had the proof, I might claim the seller. But Customer Services replied to me to try to find the parcel. I asked the proof of the missing parcel again. They only sent the same reply to me. It was useless. Therefore, I can't claim anything.
