Permanently Deleting Your Account DOES NOT CANCEL Your Subscription
Even if you PERMANENTLY delete your account, they do not delete the card on file. They still charge you even though they cannot provide the service to you. Remember to cancel your subscription first before you permanently delete your account.

Overall, the app is decent. For those who like to read, it is suitable. But, advertising assurances that "learn English for 10 minutes a day and you will speak" are complete nonsense (2 hours daily for 18 months and a decent level will appear). The lessons in the app are meaningless and not informative, a waste of time! Previously, there were many technical errors when learning words. If you are ready to read a lot, you like it and thus you decided to learn the language, then yes. All other features - 0 out of 10

I changed my smartphone and the application no longer recognizes my progress. Too bad I will cancel because my 3 months of apprenticeship are forgotten. I'm really unhappy that my account and my progress is unrecoverable
