I paid for a year and after a few months they told me that there were no more exercises for my level, that they would upload them when they had them, I'm amazed! Is that what I pay for?? I told them that I hoped they would give me the lost months for free and they replied with... A scam

I haven't used the app for a long time because it doesn't work well. I was going to cancel the subscription. This morning I saw that the subscription fee was reflected on my bill. I said cancel the subscription, I've been trying to get a refund for 45 minutes. It doesn't work. I haven't been able to access the app for a long time. A white screen appears. The same thing happened today. I couldn't do it when I wanted to update it either. I'll have to pay 800 TL for an app I don't use at all right now. I need urgent help. I'm requesting support.

They extend the subscription without any notice, even though according to their rules they have to give a few days' notice. The app itself is useless.

After installing on another phone, I could not restore the account. The subscription is active until May 29, 2025, but when trying to open any lesson, the application requires paying for the subscription, then gives an error that the subscription is available. But nothing allows you to open it anyway.

The app is great, but there were a few times when I spent energy on a task and didn't start it, all the energy disappeared. It's really annoying, especially considering the fact that it takes a long time to update.

Many of the sentences proposed by the videos are unrecognizable, slang is fine but here we are at the extreme in theory we should try to learn English, if you are finishing a lesson and you put it in the background to answer a phone call perhaps the lesson starts again from the beginning... I don't know let's say I thought better.

The translations of this app from English to Portuguese are quite strange! They don't match the meaning of the sentence. Beginners will learn it wrong!
