Cumbersome
Old out of date rx#'s clutter the process. No clear way to tell what to I have available and when I auto ship for some reason a backlog

Incompatibility with MacOS, Designed only for IOS - iPad/iPhone
I spend little time on my iPad and the majority of my time the iMac. The App loads to the iMac, but when run it reports that the system had been jailbroken. The actual problem is it's just not compatible with Mac OS 15.2. Fortunately all my other iPad programs run on both platforms, i.e. Microsoft365 and all pother programs I have on the iPad.

Works great… usually!
We were on a cruise recently and could NOT perform the double-security login. The ship was not set for the text messages and the email verification took far longer than was allowed. I'd like to get rid of the security feature when I cruise in case I need to order.

Cost still High,over some meds that should be negotiated lower and I'm not even at the highest being affected! I feel for those who are and yet my portion is out of control for our income. You can get better advocates for people/patients who need higher cost drugs. Do better. Be better than you are.

Messed Up
The app process is so convoluted and the process instructions are so unintelligible it is impossible to describe in writing. There are multiple instances of prescriptions for the same medicine but no way to tell which one I should order and when I should order it. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get it resolved, but all efforts have failed. The good news is I have received the medicines that I need, so far.

Something wrong with 12.21.1 update
Latest update of app doesn't work. I can log in but app closes before I can get into the app proper. Tried deleting and reinstalling - same result. Website works but update is a fail.

App blows up then returns to Home Screen
After updating the app, every time I attempt to launch the app, it attempts to load, blows up and goes back to the Home Screen. There is no cache to delete and rebooting the iPad changes nothing. Before this last update, the app ran flawlessly.
