Confusing
When I signed up, I asked for automatic refills. The app keeps asking me if I want automatic refills. I have two RX coverages. It doesn't seem that you are billing both. I would like to have someone call me to get this straightened out. It doesn't seem like there is anyplace to request a phone call.

Review
I just placed an order for 3 scripts, and I was not provided a price for any of the scripts “before” placing my order, and after completing my order Express Scripts still did not provide me with pricing. That is incredibly poor customer service!! Pricing should be available for all scripts. This is just 1 of the 100 reasons I do not like using Express Scripts.

Useless
This app is 100% completely useless, since I can no longer log in. I am now required to login through my insurance provider website. Just another way to make health”care” even more frustrating.

Chaos App
This current version of the app is NOT user friendly at all. It's confusing, frustrating, and very hard to understand the status of medications. For instance, previous meds and dosages that are no longer used clutter up the list of current meds that are still, and sometimes, vitally needed. Please do something with this confusing and chaotic app.

they are a terrible company I ran completely out of insulin the people I talked to with the call center obviously they spoke English as a second language add zero grasp of my problem had to go to the emergency room

this rating is for express scripts as a whole. it is the worst I've ever seen. the delays in new prescriptions is rediculous. also the way they exploit customers is crazy. they wanted 1200/month for my wife's metformin which can be acquired nearly anywhere for <$20/month at full retail.
