The connection remains loading indefinitely, which prevents you from using the service (and simply using your connection because it is suspended). It's the only VPN I've seen do this, run away!!!

No customer service system at all. The rest of my story comes in few hours. The so called 24-7 customer support does not exist I doubt anyone is even alive from expressvpn ice tried different times still nobody reachable. You can not cancel your subscription by yourself and that's how they get you. Free 7 day trial all BS Straight scam artists. Do not make the mistake that is all I can't say.

Worst VPN ive used, cannot get in touch with no one in customer support. Im not paying a 100$ nor the 12$ to subscribe to this app. What a scam and huge disappointment.

My research revealed that Express VPN is the ONLY VPN service that does not store any of my browsing data on a server...which can be hacked or warranted by law enforcement agencies (quantum computing). I've used others (Nord VPN my last) and received notices from my ISP about using servers that were outside my country (I like to stream content from my country of birth. I've been using Express VPN for 1.5yrs; no messages received to date which validates their RAM only policy. I highly recommend.
