I rarely use this because it's frustrating. I've been logged off again and cannot sign in. This is the only app doing this to me. We shouldn't have to call or email and jump through hoops to use what was working well. And bye the way, the points and app was the only reason I'd stop at an Exxon or Mobil.. I don't have time for this. I just need fuel.

Love the convenience of the app, but majority of the time I get to an Exxon, I have to reenter my password, it never saves. But overall pretty good.

Nearly impossible to get your account setup correctly. That two step verification system is the worst security data breaching system in the world. It you have a number change, somebody else gets your code. There's no way to correctly update anything. If you put in the wrong birth date, the app states that you cannot correct it. What stupid people to designed the app like that.

I tried I really did. Was able to download app, load up a credit card. Tried to pay at pump and "couldn't authorize." Tried twice before it said I would have to wait 24hrs to buy gas b/c too many tries. Took out the same credit card I loaded on app, tapped and gas'd up. The app is a fail for me. Won't be using.

App work at all locations... My closest station reopened after pumps and station were upgraded... Took over a week after they were open for app to allow selecting the location... Once it is was recognized open the app, chose my pump... No gas... Acknowledged me but wouldn't release any gas needed to to go to a diff station altogether... Get your tech together

Hasn’t worked in two years
I haven't been able to login in two years. I tried to sign in with my Apple ID and it says login failed. When I try to do forgot password it says this account doesn't exist.

Direct Debit+ is Worthless
Since I've signed up for app and direct debit +, I've only gotten the $.10 discount twice out of 10 visits. Total scam.

Not consistent
Sometimes says I get an error that says I have exceeded attempts in a 24 hour period, then I can't get gas with the app. Big problem there.
