Why do I have to have a number to use your app and spend my money at your business? It gave an option to use my email instead, which is what I prefer . But once i opened app, nope, had to provide phone number. Heck I clicked on the email button and it still took me to provide working network number instead.. work so forget it. I don't have a " number".

Send like every time I want/need to use this app the biometric login doesn't work and I have to try to log in multiple times! Usually, I wind up using my card. Would be nice if this app worked with Android Auto!

Can’t sign up
Sign up through Apple Pay isn't working. Gives it an error, seams to be going on since the beginning of the year according to reviews. I suggest the developers fix the issue if they don't want to miss out on potential customers.

App Will Not Work
I cannot use the app to pay for gas at my local Mobil station. It used to work but does not work any longer. I called customer service three times - but each time, they promise to look into the problem then get back to me, but they never do.

Worst app ever…You should copy Shell’s app
I downloaded this app because I was out of my area, had to get gas and this was the only good gas station around. I usually use the Shell app that gives me 10¢/gallon or the bp & Amoco app that gives me 5¢/gallon and you can pay with the app perfectly. But using the Exxon movil is a disaster. 1) you don't get instant discounts per gallon and that's easier and better way to get reward it. For instance, in my Shell app I have saved almost $700. 2) I'm never ever able to pay with this app. I put the pump number, the pump looks like it will work but instead shows a error message, and I have to put my info manually. 3) Now I tried to login to my account but the app isn't working…it asking me for my login info, sends me a verification code, I write the code but instead of showing my account, the app goes back and asks me for my password again…this is so annoying. These issues make me to write this review. I don't understand why these multi billion companies are not able to create a good product. They know that their competitors have perfect apps, so why you don't hire the same developers to built your app?? Hopefully they read this comment and fix these issues.
