Couldn't even get the app to work- after initiating my "free trial", everytime I tried to use a feature, the app would tell me that I needed to download an update, inspite of the fact that no update was indicated in play store. I would be routed to an in-app update that never finished, which I attempted several times. I even restarted my phone. I've already canceled my subscription. This seems like spam and/or a scam. If I'm charged after I canceled, I will be reporting to the BBB.

Hello. Today, on 16.12.24, few hours ago I got a subscription fee taken from my card and also today I canceled rebilling, but the Google play says that subscription is actual till 17.12.2024, do actually I canceled it from 17.12.24, but money were already taken for that time period 1 day before it ends, before scheduled time! How to receive a refund for that? And how to contact you regarding this issue?

Got a 7 day free trial I cant even utilize because the app continues to crash just upon opening. Have uninstalled and reinstalled only for issue to persist. So i wasted my free trial period?

It just doesn't run anymore! It doesn't even open the first image and it already gives an error in the APP

The truth is a shame this app at one time was one of my favorites but each time and in each update they deteriorate it much more, for example in the section of changing clothes with AI the mask is very defective in addition to that it cannot be modified and the clothing designs come out running and deformed have focused more on the LGBTQ+ part, WHAT A BAD THING REALLY.

I took out a trial subscription, noticed that the app lacks the functions I need and have been trying to cancel since then. Customer service sends me to google support, google support sends me to developer. I can't cancel the subscription because it doesn't show up in the Playstore. I feel fooled and ripped off...
