OK food, menu options very limited.
The food is above average and some dishes are outstanding but. None I tried were bad. I also appreciated that all the meals have the same microwave cooking time. But after using the service for several weeks, the ordering options are just too limiting and why I deactivated my account. First, there's no way to block a particular meal that you didn't like from appearing on future menus. There is no way to block particular foods for allergy reasons, so I have to remember to check the menu every week to make sure they aren't sending something I cannot eat. Lastly, remembering to check by Wednesday of the week prior to delivery is sometimes hard to remember. It would be nice if you could skip multiple weeks all at one time. When I'm out of town for 3 weeks, remembering to sign-in each week to do another skip is a pain (and easy to forget!) Working off a monthly calendar instead of a big long scrolling list would be better, too. Although you can rate the meals but ratings aren't very useful. They ask you to rate the same meal every week it is delivered. I would prefer to rate a meal only once and then have it show my previous rating when I am selecting meals. You cannot set a “never again” for a meal. Finally, there is no ‘favorites' list which could be used instead of the app/website just picking meals for you. Again you have to remember to check your order every time (and by Wednesday) each week prior. Lastly, after the last update, the app requires username/password typed in every time. Mac keychain and password managers (Safari/Nord) won't fill it in anymore either.That never happened until the last update (11/2024). Both Android and iOS stopped working at the same time.

great service great app desperately needs optimization a dark mode would be nice more streamlined themed for cleaner navigation, it's a little choppy otherwise I'm hooked

The meals taste great however when you look at the photos, cut the quantity and quality in half.

Cancellation Policy
We liked the service, but when it came time to cancel it was really difficult because you cannot cancel from their site. I sent them a message asking how to cancel and I'll update this post.

DO NOT USE FACTOR -- HARD TO CANCEL
One of the most frustrating experiences I've had in ordering food and canceling. I couldn't log in on my phone because of some technical issues on their end using the Login Without Password method. This caused me to not canel my delivery in time because I wasn't near my computer. There is also NO WAY TO CANCEL WITHOUT TALKING TO A REPRESENTATIVE. This is part of their business model. They'll juice an extra couple of $100s from you until you figure out.

App Update Terrible
They updated the phone app a couple weeks ago and have made the app almost unusable. Laggy, clicks rarely register, buttons not visible, app randomly reloads. Whatever they did with the most recent update has make the user experience terrible.

This app and company is predatory and banks on you being too busy to constantly update the app to be able to have any control of what/when deliveries are placed on your behalf

Don’t do it!
Food is good but expensive with small ration of food. $15/$16 per meal after w/ no discount is outrageous especially with how little food you get. My last set of meals I ordered were the wrong meals, every single one. Plus they only gave me 5 meals when I ordered 6 meals. Will no longer be a customer and you're better off going to your local grocery store and buying cheaper frozen meals that taste just as good and is a third of the price of their meals.
