Food is good, delivery is the Worst!
Veho business in my area don't follow delivery instructions and drivers drop food late periodically. I had to end my Factor “NOT” fresh experience with that. Tulsa, Oklahoma area… You mingle with FACTOR you take there mediocre partners also.

app is a little slow sometimes but otherwise great. love the food so far, it tastes just as good as something I could make.

I never actually use the app I just got sick and tired of seeing their ugly food on my feed if you're going to advertise food make sure you show the food looking good I don't see a piece of fish smothered in Peppers it looks disgusting calling it protein doesn't make it sound better.

I'm giving factor 3 stars because: PROs: - Meals taste great/decent - Can have multiple meal options a week CONs: - Meals are super high in Sat. Fat. I've been seeing about 20g PER meal. In addition to about 1g of trans fat. - Cannot choose delivery day. - 70-80% of the meal options (with no upcharge) seem to be grilled chicken. Grilled chicken is basically the only protein option I will not eat.

i was so happy wanting to try this meal plan because a friend sent me a code to try it to see if i would like it so i went to the app and signed up tried the code it kept saying i could not use it so i called them a could not get it resolved very disappointed because if you want people to try your product it should not be so hard to get help all they kept saying i don't have an account but I'm receiving text with information and i tried 2 emails because they suggested very disapointed

You can't even look at the menu until AFTER you create an account AND give your payment information. Who gives out their credit card number before you even know if there's anything they want? I don't care about the influencer reviews this section is full of. Requiring payment information before seeing the product is a scam.
