Their rate and interest is very good but not been able to apply for another one after paying on time that is really stressful

Fairmoney debited my personal account for a loan I have repaid and refused to refund my money. I have called their customer service several times, they didn't respond. I have paid this loan, still dey debited me. My experience about this app is bad. Kindly refund my money.

You're app is down, dear Fairmoney please fix it. I've been trying to get loan and whenever I click on it, it take me back to home page, don't tell me to uninstall and install cos I've done that. Also I used some else phone but same result.

Please what percentage do charge for a loan how can someone collect a loan of 700000 and pay back 1900000 million just for 9 months I don't understand with this amount of charges why won't you have problem with customers repaying. The worst is you can't liquidate your loan.

This is the worst loan service ever. No matter the circumstances, please don't get a loan from these guys. I got a loan of K1080 with a crazy interest of 90%+. After paying off the loan amounting to K2072 in two installments before the due date they downgraded me to only qualifying for K180. THIS IS RUBBISH. Its a scam guys! Stay away!
