As of today, fairmoney is the worst bank app I've ever seen in my life. Marking all my transactions as failed.

A very useless app, can't access the app since yesterday and no transfer option. it's frustrating and annoying 😡😡😡😡

an app that gives you a loan of 12k and ask for 7k interst very poor

This app isn't helpful at all when I pay my loan on time I expect my loan offer to be higher but no, paying back duration time also fall from 6 month to 3 month without default, I collected the offer with tears.

its fair and reliable though at some point they refused to approve my loan when I really needed it

This app makes me get angry. I cannot transfer money for a week now. It's getting out of hand and am in debt because of that, loan they don't give me. what do they want na? It is showing on my dashboard that the problem will be resolved soon, now for one week issue has not been resolved why?

I'm just too dissatisfied! I was on loan, but can't assess my Fairmoney app. I complained several times. I was asked to upgrade which I did, but still experiencing the same problem. I complained again, I was asked to video record my screen up till now no connection. I have to pay the loan by faith because, the notification is just through email which only comes in whenever the fairmoney officials feel like. I promised immediately I was through with the loan I'll move to another online bank
