I absolutely hate this app. It is constantly glitching on me. I can't look at the ad book because it continues to jump back 3 pages. I can't look at the coupons because they won't load. I have tried using it over mobile data and over my personal wifi. It just will not work for me. I hate that because I like shopping at family dollar but if I can't see what's on sale and download the coupons then I can't get any deals and have to go somewhere else.

The app is EXTREMELY slow and in the majority of the stores you cant scan items unless you. Are at the front of the store where you have some kind of signal and the store doesn't have Wi-Fi you can connect to to be able to scan things. And most of the time it doesn't show you the correct price on clearance items. It needs a lot of improvements.

Terrible app. Not very user friendly. They should take some tips from the Dollar General app designers. Dump this and start over.

Absolutely hate this app. You can't add items to a cart you can rarely scan an item where it compares the coupons for you. You cannot calculate your total. Does not show you all the items that you can get using that one coupon and if it does show it your store does not carry that does not get coupons for items that other stores get

I wish I could rate it - 0 ! I tried to reset my password, but every time I tried it sent a reset link, but when I did this, it says password incorrect, if you do it again - same results ! I'm done with this b*lls**t , un-installed it .

It keeps freezing or stalling then kicking me off the app when I am even on WiFi. Bugs need fixed

App needs lots of work, doesn't always deduct the clipped coupons, clerk states nothing can be done. This needs to be fixed!!!!!
