Don't buy tickets through Fandango. A glitch changed the date of my recent ticket purchase, and Fandango policy is to politely say "tough luck." If their services malfunction, it doesn't matter. They'll just keep your money.

This used to be a great app. Now the checkout process is loaded with misleading ads and click bait. What is the point of paying Fandango a "convenience" fee? Can you just sell movie tickets and leave it at that?

Refund issues
Fandango do not refund if your show is cancelled. Looks like we need to buy at risk. So I am not recommending this app. I strongly recommend to book the tickets direct in respective platforms

So you guys do false advertisement I bought a ticket from you guys for the Lord of the Rings movie and when I get to the movie theater the person who works at the ticket booth said the ticket is there but the movie is canceled you guys should have sent me a letter or everybody else who pre-ordered the Lord of the Rings ticket and said that the movie was not available or try another movie theater and I'm complaining to you guys so I need a response fast and I need my money back
