Had a promo to see Wicked. Tried to redeem thru app as instructed. picked 2 available isle seats together. when tickets were sent by text/email we recieved 2 seats at different parts of the theater. called Fandango explained issue and they refused to help. The agent was very rude and would not exchange tix or anything. So I had them refund the tax on tix and had agent close account. I will never use the service again or reccomend it. Uninstalling the app. Fandango should be ashamed of themselves

Convenient and pushy

App works well and is convenient. However, there are lots of adds and promotions are constantly pushed on you. Every time you use a card to make a ticket purchase it tries to trick you into signing you up for marketing emails.

Why should purchasing a ticket online cost ANYTHING! The company already saves money by not have people at the ticket windows!

UI has only gotten worse since Vudu. TV series navigation is awkward. I dispise the suggested programs now added below the navigation menu. Sometimes less is more. Vudu was the cleanest and smoothest of all. Not any more.
