NO DISCRETION

We have small children and we were deciding on what movie to go see at the theater. We decided to watch the trailer of a Paddington in Peru, a PG movie. Prior to Fandango showing us this trailer, it had a Rated R Horror clip that scared my children to the point where they had nightmares. My attention was elsewhere and the clip was on for about 3 seconds before i realize that a vulgar horror clip was being played. I'm appalled that Fandango would play a horror movie clip in front of a PG trailer. My goodness, where has the discretion gone. Fandango, please audit your content and be more responsible for the little eye of children who are watching.

The only problem I have with Fandango is that when I try to give the film a star rating, I'm always having trouble connecting and when I tried to leave it alone either for a few hours or a day later, the rating option is off. for example, I've watched The Goonies 40th anniversary and when I try to rate it, it said it was have trouble connecting and I should try again. so I've waited a few hours to the next day only to find I couldn't rate the film anymore.

This app is essentially broken. The app won't maintain your session, forcing you to log in all over again every time you want to use the app... But the login process is also broken, forcing you to go through a password reset each time. This app doesn't offer any standard single sign on options, which is ridiculous and unacceptable in 2025.

Inaccurate information in their emails about where to go to cancel my membership, making it very difficult to cancel it. After trying a couple times, I finally contacted support only one day after my payment went through. I hadn't made any purchases during that 24 hours either. Despite their misleading resources and the fact that I hadn't even purchased anything, they still wouldn't make an exception under the circumstances or even acknowledge to me that their instructions were incorrect.
