50% Profit Boost on KC v BUF?
I claimed a 50% profit boost for the KC- BUF game. When I tried to apply the boost, it would not register regardless of the bet I tried to make. When I tried to question why, I was sent to “chat”. As soon as I asked why I couldn't apply the the profit boost, and what would Fanduel do to compensate me, I got the. Immediate message “We are sorry that an error occurred. Feel free to initiate a new session.” No, Iwill not! If you're not prepared to toprovide something you are offering, then why offer it? And if if you can't (or won't) explain why you can't offer the promotion, then why send people to a chat that ends the session and tells you to try again? Yes, you can make some money of the app. But when problems occur, don't expect a response beyond an error message…

Never using this Sportsbook again
Really dropped the ball on one of the biggest football day of the year. App was down for hours in NJ during the NFC championship game and prevented me from cashing out a slip for at least 80%+ of the winnings. (The slip lost by a yard.. and I would've cashed out for close to $1,000.) Fan Duel told me that it was an unfortunate situation but don't plan on making the situation right in any way. Lost a loyal customer of 10+ years! :/

Slow pay outs
You have to wait forever for them to approve your pay out it is not instant like other sport book apps

I entered to win 300 bonus bets if I bet 5$ and won and did that and thought I would have my 300 bonus bets to use for Sunday but still don't have them

Should upgrade a lil chances wise on your bets
I've been two or one off so many times n get nunthin out off 20 + legs u should be able to get a lil bit of that especially if people hit over the amount that u picked

Unreliable Service, why use them with all the other options?
App went down on one of the biggest nfl weekends of the season. Acknowledging the inconvenience, FD decided to offer a $10 bonus bet which is just laughably lower than what I would have won betting the Chiefs. Too many other sportsbooks out there to put up with the unreliability and the disrespectful response, will be moving my funds to your competitors, maybe they'll actually value me.

Fix your bugs
Too many bugs recently not being fixed, game scores taking forever to update, when you try deposit and place bet option constantly glitches and doesn't bring you to the right page. Fix your app you guys haven't fixed anything in months.
