Disappointed
After wagering with FanDuel for about a month , they have decided to lock my account and ask for additional verification but it wasn't until my account started to win that they decided to do this. So now I have a large balance locked on the account with no access until it's verified. I would've appreciated them asking for the verification in the beginning so I could know that my account was protected and they wouldn't let anyone use my identity to create an account, but they didn't which shows they don't care and are only protecting their own interests no matter how inconvenient this is for me.

FIX THE STREAM WINDOWS
The streaming window options will block you from seeing the score and does not start live. Once you press play the menu does not go down and you will end up making a bad bet without being able to see time and score properly

DO NOT LIVE BET ON THIS APP. The live info. is always off on every sport in every game, with basketball and football being the worst. I've sent video and photo proof of the score, times, etc being wrong but they just ignore it. If you want to live bet, always check another app or site first to see what the actual score and time remaining of a game are. It's really sad that they are allowed to get away with this but apparently the “auditors” and “regulators” don't care either.

Criminal organizations
Don't deposit on this app. They will lock your account once you win. They're making more money off of steal people money by locking the accounts. Wish I had read through some of the google reviews first. I can see it's basically a criminal organization. They lock your account in hope you can't get your money out. From the looks of it they been doing it awhile now. There are a few investigations going on right now so I can see things are going to hit the fan soon. They're on borrowed time and trying to get what they can. Keep filing a complaint with fan duel first then contact your state gaming or gambling commission to file another direct complaint with them. Join all class actions lawsuit as well.
