Very bad experience, I am waiting for my refund for months now. I keep receiving that I will get my refund in 14 days but it never happened !!!

Delay in delivery and no action from the app
I ordered a shoe from the app and the expected delivery date was almost one month back and the only action that they are doing is to send undoes email. When I asked them to send me the money back that couldn't as this is not as per their procedures I strongly don't recommend to use this app

WORST APP EVER
I ordered an order that was supposed to arrive within 10 days at the most, and now a month has passed and they haven’t sent it to me and there’s been no response.

Non-response
I ordered a very large amount of orders. The orders did not arrive. We exceeded the deadline and there is no response from the site to call or WhatsApp. Not only my orders, but also my relatives’ orders. Is it logical for the order to take a month and there is no response or update of the information? Spending the Eid budget on orders that do not arrive and the amount is not refunded is something worrying and sad.

Be careful with their return policy!!!
I had a terrible experience with the company, it was my first time buying with them, I returned some shoes that didn't fit me, I was waiting for my refund and they sent me an email saying that the box was damaged and they can't give me a refund, I was shocked because I was sure the package was fine, the tags, the box everything was fine. This is the first time someone tells me that I sent a damaged package, and I'm 100% sure the package was in good conditions. I tried to contact them, costumer service (Eva M.) was awful just giving me general answers saying they can't give me the money back, so I lost my money and Idk what's going to happen with the package they don't care about the clients. I don't recommend buying from this place, I totally won't do it again, they're resellers they'll try to keep your money once they have it so be careful!!!

Wrong item received
I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received. I ordered Alexander McQueen sneakers, but instead, I was sent Veja shoes. This is not what I paid for, and I find it very frustrating. I am also concerned about the hassle of returning the incorrect item and dealing with the refund process. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I expected much better from this retailer. I sincerely hope this issue is resolved promptly.
