It was fine but he wouldn't let me buy anymore
I made two purchases, first of a bag for my mom and then I bought a sweater and everything was super good up to that point, but some time later I wanted to buy other things and they no longer let me fix their system, also the customer service is not very good, they just say that everything is fine with your account, that you should be able to buy, but if the same app does not allow you to confirm the payment or send the filthy bank code, accept more payment methods because not even PayPal works this all badly done it would be great to use klarna, aplazo, kueski pay or something else like spei transfer, they are only limited to three very old-fashioned payment methods. Payment troubleshoot
I keep trying to pay with different cards but I'm having a problem every time I try. I keep having to call to proceed with the checkout and give in my card info. Giving up on this app. Also requested expedited shipping but it's taking too long.

What a shitty app. They are clowns, they cancelled my order twice and they don't give you the reason until you call, instead of trying to find a solution they simply cancel your order.

Scammed! Do not use.
I bought a pair of shoes and they sent me something completely worn. Sent it back and took over a month of back and forth over emails and calls for them to decide that they “cannot accept the return because it does not meet their return policy” Totally useless in resolving issues. Do not expect any client service beyond lip service.

It's very bad, the prices are not real, there's a jacket that costs 3000 dollars and here they sell it for more than 7000 dollars, the prices are not the real ones that are on the brand's pages, they sell everything very expensive, sometimes they sell a size L product for 600 dollars for example and if you raise it to XL it could cost 700, it's not worth buying here, if you want to buy brand name clothing, it's better to buy on the official clothing pages like Gucci, Nike, Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, etc. Never buy here, everything is more expensive.
