Really really disappointed, I received the order without the item, I have the proof of the weight . Farfetch doesn't want to take the responsibility, I tried to send emails to the UK no response from them. I do not recommend. If you have a problem be sure that no one will solve it. Very bad service 👎👎

I give it a star because they don't have less if I didn't give them 0, I bought several things in the app and everything was fine, until I bought them a balenciaga belt and I got the empty package, I called them and they told me that they couldn't do anything for Fata of tests, that is to say that in the end the one who lost 350 $ was me. Very bad customer service everyone won except me who was the customer and the one who was paying for terrible service I did not recommend it

Nice cloth but hard to find items
It could be hard to find what you are looking for. Sometimes, when I scroll through items, I see the same item over and over again, which means search is not functioning properly.

The perks of being a member doesn't really matter the promo codes don't work and I'm always paying full price of more with the shipping

The miserable logistics experience, especially named UPS, simply refreshed the lower limit for couriers and logistics companies. Irresponsible logistics companies, the platform favors logistics companies, and only consumers spend money to suffer. If you haven't used it yet, it is recommended to never consider this platform, which can give you qi out of nodules.

Customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a Dolce Gabanna dress and by mistake, a boutique sent me a Dolce bag. Customer service said I should wait for the bag to be received by the store and only then reorder the dress. When I called customer service to remind them to send me a dress, instead of apologizing for their mistake, they told me this dress is no longer on sale. If I still want I'll have to pay the full price. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing! Larisa Zeygeril

It is generally an easy-to-use app, but I would like to see two improvements. First, it takes time to load when you open the app. Second, we have improved the filter function of categories. I want you to be able to search by clothing, search by jeans, and filter by category. Now→ I have to choose jeans straight jeans to use the filter. Very cumbersome to search. Please improve.
