the items are way too expensive compared to others and not the best quality. customer services and payment plan options are not the best. returns also are not that easy

DONT BUY FROM HERE
I ordered an ed hardy outfit on february 26 it's not march 26 it's been a whole month and guess what.. i haven't gotten my package im very mad this outfit was supposed to be for a party and it never came in time and now it's been a whole month. NEVER AGAIN ordering from fashion nova!! and i can't even get a refund or cancel my items and when i email them all they say is wait.. like what the hell. Will my package ever arrive or what?? they stole my money and now i jus have to move on??

Dishonesty
Ordered a few items some of them were damaged and I was told that it was my fault or that why did it reoccur about two times which prevented me from ordering for more than a year started it again hopefully I don't run into those complications again, but it's very unfair When you open the packages and your item is either missing or damage but yet it's the customer's fault. So fingers crossed. I don't run into the same situation.
