I LOVE FN! I order very often but shopping FN can be like playing Russian roulette. FN Size Chart is standard and not adjusted for each item so item may run big/small thus pay to Return, if not Final Sale or unreturnable. Some Reviews contradict each other, while others don't fit the description of item displayed. You may be viewing pants but Review is describing shirt, dress, etc. I LOVE FN but could LOVE even more if these issues where improved.

Freezes up within 2 minutes of opening the app. It just took me an hour and a half to order 2 items. I'm not seeing an update or anything so I will be deleting.

Fast fashion super trendy
There are a lot of things about Fashion Nova. Their shipping is quick with frequent updates. Is there a close or actually not all made with the plastic a.k.a. polyester or polyurethane. However, Customer Care is below subpar. It's actually alarming considering how popular the company is that Customer Care is basically nonexistent.

They should be ashamed
Ordered a really nice two piece outfit. Took forever to come, once I received it I wore it all of 3 times before it began to unravel and come apart it docked bc the material was so nice but the outfit was poorly made. I was gonna contact them to maybe get another outfit but they're making it soo hard for me to get back into my account. 2/10 for me.

Clothes are great! Return policy is not.
Trendy, comparable clothing to SHEIN. Fun, pretty, and many of styles to choose from. Return policy isn't the best. You have to pay for shipping to send returns back AND it's exchange only. If you're not going to have a good return policy, I'd choose one or the other - free returns and store credit OR pay for returns but full refunds. Neither of these policies apply to SHEIN that's why I'll shop at SHEIN first before fashion nova.
