I returned some items to Fashion Nova and have a store credit. I have been trying to reach them for a few weeks now. I asked for customer service support in order to use my stored credit and I am still waiting. I have not had any response from them. One would think they don't want me to use my credit.

Customer service is horrible
I ordered dressed for over night paid $200 . When I tried looking at the order it said 3-7 business days the no network available . They wouldn't give me my money back so now I have 3 gowns & had to go to the store to buy 3 that I could actually use . Fashion Nova made me waste abt $400 and have no answers for me .

I'm a size 16-18 the size chart says 2XL it's too big. it saddened me that I can't return for a smaller size The outfit runs two times the size Runs Big
