Purchased 12/2 “shipped” 12/8 was supposed be arrive 12/11 UPS never received the package customer service keeps sending the same email everytime just rewording it all I want to know is when I will receive my package.

This app freezes so much and have not received my page and this my first time honestly didn't wanna experience this i love the outfit and all but i don't think i would order again. Writing this review due to my package not coming and i didn't wanna get a refund bc of the stuff i ordered was so cute but honestly waiting a lil more if it do come in but been 3w almost 4w honestly i ordered from other websites and never had to deal with anything especially wanting to know where my package is at and having no response back to this company.Hope i get reached out and maybe get the package i ordered reset . Was happy ordering from this company but gave me bad experience😔.

My first business with this company has been a headache, they don't answer their phone , I order from them since December 6th and up to now I haven't received my item or any information on when it's going to arrive

I will never in my life order from here again. Worst online shopping experience I've had in a while. I ordered an outfit 2 weeks ago expecting it to arrive the 13th of December. It is now the 17th and still hasn't even shipped. I have to go find a whole outfit now for an event I have in 3 days. Not only is that frustrating in itself but it's impossible to get help for the issue. Never again.

Fashion Nova makes it difficult to place an order online, they force you to download their app. There is no way to speak with a live representative in order to ask questions and/or get help with orders. So far I am not liking this online store. Since I was unable to speak with a live agent or representative, I pray that the sizing of my order is correct. If not, I will have to return and repurchase. It should not be this hard to speak with someone and get assistance when trying to place an order. You cannot rely on the reviews because they are all over the place where some people are saying they ordered their current size and it fits, while another group is saying order a size up because it runs small and yet others stated they wished they had ordered a size smaller, so with the reciews all over the pkace, how do you decide? I guess you just pick something and pray its a correct fit. Anyway, they had a few items on their site that I was interested in, however since you cannot reach anyone with questions of any type pertaining to online orders. I tried calling their physical stores and all you get is a long winded message, then you are placed on hold after pressing 2 for a representative, only for the recording to come back & say nobody is available and to leave a message. I am not so sure whether or not I will be purchasing anything else… I hope this review helps others when thinking about purchasing from this site…

Return is not friendly to international customers

If you have trouble with your package then good luck. Other than viewing the delivery dates, they can send a package back and not inform you. I tried contacting them but no reply. They only have an automatic system that replies the same. I can't email or call them. Such a waste.

I did not get my 40% off like I was supposed to. They told me that that coupon expired and I also had to pay an extra $16 for shipping so I can get them here before Christmas

horrible.. packages arrive super late. There is no way to claim lost orders. My experience was horrible
