I love fashion Nova my only problem is sizing You guys really need to work on that Everyone doesn't have a bbl flat booties and little booties do still exist.......lol oh yeah one more thing your promotions sucks and never works at least the ones. that advertises next day shipping and customer service doesn't even help or fix the situation to accommodate their false advertisement you guys also need to work on that as well thank you have nice day clear the way

Horrible customer support. I made a purchase in 11/24 and nothing fit. I returned all the items and was promised a refund that never came. I emailed and called with no response. It's 2/27/25 and still waiting.

I love Fashion Nova, but this app is awful! it moves extremely slow and takes forever to load images! If I ever leave the app for a split second, I have to start alllll over again! It's annoying! Please fix the bugs on this app so I can shop in peace!

I would give it zero stars if I can, i accidentally ordered something, and I tried to cancel it immediately since the item hasn't been shipped. You can't even cancel it because the item has "already been processed." The worst thing about it is if your order is wrong, you can't even get a refund. It goes into store credit that will soon expire.
