Worst banking app ever!!!!!
Okay this is the worst banking app i have ever used in my life and trust me i have used plenty. This bank shouldn't exists.

My experience on 18 October 2024 was as did a transaction through Opey POS but it declined and since then nothing has happened. You kindly requested to please revert my money. Grateful.

My app is not opening ever since I open this account with Fcmb, keeps telling me password wrong and won't allow me get my password or new one via forgotten password. And when I call customer service all I hear is you don't have any reg with the app how but if I put my username it will provide me with a token but can't give me my password.
