Even this one star that I gave supposed to be half this app is full of nonsense customer service is not working perfectly I think it's time for you bank to upgrade your system an employee those who are competent of the job not those who can't type their name with system only for $1,000 that will tell you 48 hours

I won't lie fcmb app is frustrating someone they have locked my account twice even when there's money inside it I can't withdraw I can't do transfer and they don't want to retify it

I love this bank my fcmb bank. All rating that should work no prevew for any person. only me should work Because this is my police salary personal account . protent it for am trying to get customers care on phone respont no way no connect i need to seing all my alert from home and abroad sending and recieve naria or million i should get alert note

The app refuses to send OTP code most times
My only problem is that the app doesn't send OTP most times resulting in having to use other banks

Utility bill upload glitch
I think there's a glitch on the app, the upgrade part where you upload utility bill, it keeps saying “ date on the utility bill could not be read, the image might be blurry “even though the picture is so clear, even had to scan it, still the same thing. Please do something about it

You say I have a registered profile when I've never registered. I'll receive OTP to recover username which you'll claim to have sent to my email but I never receive it no matter how many times. As for recovering password the OTP never ever comes. Hell who knows if the app knows the email it's sending to. This has been the issue several times in 3 years now. I've never for once successful login to this app. That's why I haven't used my FCMB account for years since I'd prefer app over USSD & ATM

My ATM card pin is working well but I forgot my transaction pin on the app been trying to reset it now it's telling me I didn't provide the valid credentials for my working card So Bad🤦🤦
