The company is bottom. No contact with the courier or hotline. On the hotline, a bot directing you to a chat with a bot. A company that should learn from the competition how to cooperate with customers.

1, why does the shop app show me package out for delivery but FedEx app shows it one state over for the last 3 days? You would think FedEx app would have latest info. 2, app doesn't show all packages. I have to x out the clear for it to show me all of them. 3, I am unable to delete 2 packages delivered 2 months ago. App cache and storage cleared and no diff.
