The ON THE WAY count on the summary screen that appears when opening the app is inaccurate. The only time it populates is when a package is/packages are Out For Delivery. The rest of the time, it is 0. The only way to determine that packages are in transit (ie. ON THE WAY) is to select VIEW ALL and look at the list of packages. This started with the October 2024 update.

Packages disappear from the home screen when the status changes to "on the way" and reappear when delivered.

Worst delivery I have ever had. I've been using FedEx for a couple years now and I was expecting a delivery of my son's bathroom hygiene stuff on January 6th. But at the end of 6th I get a text say it will be delivered on the 7th at 10:40 am. Will it never got delivery and now it's saying it's going to be delivered today around 10:40-2:10. And it still says out for delivery. I've never been treated so badly by customer service and called stupid for calling about my package. FedEx needs to fix it

"The action you requested could not be completed at this time" is the message I get anytime I try to use the app. Much like their delivery service, their app is also horrendous.

FedEx support is non-existent. You can't get a hold of a person no matter what you try to do. They sent a picture proof of delivery of a wrong address and I have no way of getting a hold of a person to find out where it actually went or getting a note to the driver to go back and get it to bring it to the proper address. There is no chat line and there is nothing simple about their website for a misdirected package that you can solve within the same day. They left a another package at my front
