I wish I didn't use FedEx at all, my package is missing but yet it shows delivered, it's been 2 weeks now and I still haven't gotten my package back, the receiver didn't get it but I tracked on the FedEx app but it shows delivered that's after 6 days. Meanwhile the delivery was a 2 day delivery, yet nothing was delivered. How do I recover my package????

The absolute worst company! It's ALWAYS problem when someone send me stuff with FedEx, it NEVER works! Delivery to people's home on daytime is the WORST business idea ever!! You get a bunch of texts and emails when it should arrive and when they are on the way, but they NEVER come and then they give it to in my case Postmord who have places where you can pick up the package when YOU have time! BECAUSE NO ONE IS HOME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY!! I always leave a note when I order to not use FedEx..

2-FA is bugged. You get locked out of the app even after setting the app to remember your device. If you try to get the 2-FA code you can't leave the app or it will complain and send out another one.

It doesn't work, it takes more than fourteen days to deliver, before it took a week, for me Estafeta is better, Estafeta takes between 3 and 4 days to deliver, it works on Saturday nights, the merchandise or package continues to move, they send it out if it arrives at an establishment at Fedex, if it arrives early at an establishment it moves until the next day, if it goes well for me, then it takes two days to leave again, for me Fedex doesn't work

Not sure what happened but this app is terrible now! It used to show me packages I have coming but now it only works about 20% of the time!

They will send a picture of your package being delivered to the wrong address and then not tell you where that address is. My place has a number on my building and door and this delivery person still could not deliver it correctly. They refuse to send documentation of filing a complaint and acknowledge that they lost my package so the shipper refuses to refund.
