Terrible service in TEZIUTLAN PUEBLA the packages are held for weeks and make the delivery take longer day by day, until you reach the point that you have to go and get your own package, ESTAFETA is more efficient

Useless without account
I'm beyond sick and tired of every single company I deal with forcing me to create an account just for me to find out down the road my information was stolen in a database breach, or have my data from my phone collected to be sold or simply used against me to squeeze every last dollar out of my pocket. This app refuses to save tracking numbers without an account, so I won't use it. Only point in downloading it, was for convenience. Me giving you personal information isn't convenient in 2024.

Can’t change delivery address, horrible phone system
I am just trying to get a package delivered to my new residence in New York and they are sending it down to Florida of where I used to live. Tried to change it through the app and the verification codes they sent me said they didn't work and requested a new code too many times. Tried to call FedEx to get my address updated, was sent back to the company shipping it but now since fedex has it, I was sent back to them and now FedEx is saying to go back to the original company again. Phone system keeps cutting off at the menu choices and refuses to let me speak to a representative. I just need a simple address change to make sure my package isn't sent across the country but I can't get through to anyone and the app won't let me fix my address through delivery manager.

I don't know what the hell does abandoned FedEx Center mean...? On top of that, my package is supposed to arrive on November 19th, but a notification appears telling me that it will be delayed until November 26th, from November 11th when it left. It's a horrendous and lousy service... And I don't know what to do, I don't want to wait that long.

The worst app I've ever used. The app is in three languages, but I can't change the language. I also can't check which branch my package is in, and most of the app's features don't work.

After install5 of this application my cell phone showed unusual behavior, opening applications alone. After using antivirus (test done with two) a harmful file was detected in the app's folder.

I tried to make a shipment and pay with cards but it never let me, it only marked me that the data of my cards were wrong and blocked them all.
