Can't sign into the app. I verify through the phone or email code but comes back with an error. I can login to the website just fine.

Not a fan of this app
This app is glitchy at best, [name] selected are not always available to use. For example, I can't get the link to search for a provider to work 100% of the time. The convenience of using an app instead of the actual website is lost on FEP/BCBS apparently. However, even in the website on a computer, searching claims is a circular nightmare. I'm ready to just give up.

I hate that each time I login it asks me to verify my device. says that I'm verified for 4 months but I'm not which is a waste of my time when I have to verify the same device every time. The amount of times there's something going on with the app is also very concerning as well.

update 3/27/25: STILL trash, cant log in with biometrics and doesn't remember device authorization. makes you do verification every time and then when you do it via the texted link, it just throws an error message. you have to use phone call every time and again, it will NOT remember your device. This company seemingly makes their web services intentionally impossible to use.

Whoever installed this mobile app needs more training. Half the time you can't even get in. You have to keep trying over and over and over. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The app loads very slow. hard to navigate. Doesn't do enough updates. Loses connection. On a good note, it has fantastic articles on health and well-being. Another this, they don't read the reviews user's leave. So nothing ever gets resolved. It's a shame because the app is very informative . Helps me with my diet plan for osteoarthritis.
