Good app, issues with 2.0
This app is so helpful in general. However ever since the 2.0 upgrade I haven't been able to see my claims in the app.

This app is terrible. It never works properly, locks me out consistently, and the unlock process takes so long it is easier to just call their 800 number.

Garbage!
Won't take info I used to log in. Tried to reset username and password with email associated with my account. No email was sent so that I could reset my password or username. worthless app!

App no longer working with latest update
After updating their app only once in a very blue moon, FEP Blue has issued two updates recently. Too bad the 2nd update makes you verify your login on their webpage within the app, only once verified to go back to login in the app, to be asked to verify again, indefinitely. Please fix this!

Every day the app goes down. Takes hours to change password. You can keep your stupid app.

Once you log in to the app for the first time, you can set up Touch ID for iPhone. Then, the next time you log in to the app, you’ll only need your fingerprint to sign in.

We recommend keeping your app up to date to ensure that it has the latest security features. You should keep your phone operating system up to date as well.
