App update
I don't believe the app is really conducive for promoting the things it is intended to foster. You have log in and answer too many questions from screen to screen, it doesn't automatically record workouts or sync with Apple devices, and you can't schedule it to remind you to input the information.

Why do I have to have an OSI Operating system 17 or higher to update I have 16, I feel it is discriminatory to require me to upgrade my phone to use this app!!!

Unable to Login
I've called several times and no one can help me. I'm able to use the website and somehow login through the external website through the app but I cannot use to app and login with the app. Not sure what the technical issue is but I'm over it.

Horrible insurance and outdated app
The insurance is a joke. I pay more using this insurance than I would as an uninsured patient. It's a perfect example of the scam of US health insurance that I'm supposed to have the “best” and I can't afford the services I need. The app is glitchy and slow.

Face ID does not work
Face ID once again does not work at all. I have it enabled in the mobile app. I have tried logging in multiple times and it keeps prompting me for a password instead of using Face ID. It is 2025. Seriously, figure your digital stuff out.

Minimally helpful
Can hardly access any aspect of my health benefits. Yes, I can see some of my claims. No, for many other IMPORTANT aspects, I have to navigate to the MyBlue Account through a separate browser. So, maybe if this app was named “fepblue LITE”, it might be more appropriate.
