App doesn't open
You buy the tickets and are in agony, because you have the App opened to view your tickets. However©, it does not open at all.

This is an AWFUL app and supposed ticket outlet!!! I purchased tickets ($125. worth!!) and they were never sent (emailed) to me. I sent several inquiries (5) with all the required information with NO response!! I finally called and the rep told me they were waiting on a response from the payment department.... What is there to review???? I sent all the info FIVE times with NO response, they took my money, they are CROOKS!!! Do NOT use them!!

Do not buy tickets for events made by Fever. They cancel and don't warn the customer. Their service does not work, a complete disrespect.

Terrible
We were stuck in traffic for two hours. Once contacting the customer service they did not accommodate date us. It was my sisterâs birthday and I surprise her with these tickets. I then asked for the material that I would have received they did not give it to us as well so Iâm out of $100 and no experience for my sister

My wife bought the top VIP first raw tickets which was insanely expensive and when we got there they said it's fully booked, we ignored and sat down in second raw quietly and started listening to the band hoping this musical will cover the first problem but as a musician I've noticed immediately the band was not in sync with each other, the tones were just flying everywhere trying to play the Coldplay with no luck, my wife who is not a musician noticed as well and that was it we went out

The musicians were awesome.Here's the complaints.They opened the door 30 minutes late.The staff just sitting there playing on their phones behind the bar drunk laughing having a good old time. One of the employees even had a minor daughter there. Not only did they open the doors late, they started the show late. People were moving to seats they didn't pay for and no one said anything. NONE of the rules were followed or enforced. They continued to let people in even after start. DISRESPECTFUL!

This app is trash. Bought 4 tickets for an event, selected a date, and then added a picture package to that purchase. The date then defaulted to the same day at 5 minutes in the future without warning. No blackout periods for ticket booking. No warning that the date and time you're buying it is 10 minutes vs two weeks away. In the age of AI, who's doing that? Called to inquire about a refund, got a rude agent who talked over me, and was told that no refund was available. Don't bother with it.

It was very nice, but for where we could sit, for what I paid, it was not correct. If I would come again, I would pay less, and we would sit 1 row behind. So it was expensive 90€ where we saw everything for less. It's really only 1 hour. We didn't know how to leave the parking lot to the left or right, there was nothing signposted, where we went in the wrong direction for a while. It would have been better to indicate somewhere which direction we had to go... Have lost time with that.
