Freezes up
App freezes up every time I try to login.

If I could give it zero stars…
After 3 attempts with the ID process (I thought that was a part of the “test”) I finally got in. Then the hard part- creating a username and password. After 2 attempts of doing that and receiving the message, “try again later or call fidelity” I figured that they did not want to do business with me. Do better, Fidelity.

Don’t bother. App Freezes
The system might be great but the app is below average. Login is take too long with user name and password and not to mention 2n authentication. By the time you've logged in an opportunity has gone. The biggest problem here is Always FREEZES and slow.

Randomly holding money for 4 weeks without notice
I have been using fidelity for years now and they just decided to start taking 4 weeks to clear checks without any warning, unsettling

Good app just hard to add funds
I would rate higher, I like the app just can't get payment connected to use it. It is too difficult. Always issues when bank account is needed because my bank has a lot of security which is good just wish this app allowed different ways to add funds. I ordered a debit card for this account but have to wait 10 days to receive it. Maybe it will work then. But I want to invest now so kinda bummed. I would add an option to put money into your investment account with debit or credit card.
