Telephone access
Why am I speaking with a foreign e Tory or call center when trying to address my account issues? They cannot be understood because of their broken English, the connection is horrible and I have no assurances that these people aren't scammers!!!??

Make it available for people without an update?
That's nonsense that I can't even use my banking app because my phone won't update to the newest software …. There's absolutely no way I cannot view my stuff on my app because I don't have the right phone update. Seriously???? A joke. I'm about to lose my mind I cannot even log in on my safari app either?!!! Am I just not supposed to check my bank ??? I'm actually really mad this needs to be fixed. Some people do not have the storage for the new iPhone update. Now I can't even use fifth third or check my account unless I go to an atm?? And that's not even all the documents I was trying to check my bank statements now I can't?! What is this actually, I would rate this 0 stars if I could right now. Thanks fifth third.

Updated Mobile App to iOS 16.6
Just released by Apple-you chose to immediately require this new ios update 16.6 to the 5th/3rd mobile app of which many people may not have available on any older phone -like myself. The app is null and void for me as I don't have this brand new version available on my phone to even update. Therefore, I can't update my 5th/3rd app and I have zero access to my acct. So the app is useless to me- and I will promptly delete it. Luckily my other banks have not jumped on this as the required version as rashly as you have and I can still use their apps for accessing my accts.

This is not a good bank that works for the interest of its account holders, forcing its holders who make deposits into their accounts to wait longer than normal in order to get money that is cleared from the from the other Banks. they are using my money for their business and holding my money up from me using it for my necessity to me that is not a good bank

I'm a veteran and never received my payments on the 26th of the month, which I have always done from my other bank, the va releases electronic funds on the 26th im the only vet that doesn't get it. Not to mention fraud that happened on my acct and they let go through!!! Worst bank and banking experience!!
