On the page send money with zelle the app logs me out

Terrible! It was good at one time. Now it doesn't load screens for long periods of time and requires backing out and reloading every time. I'm giving it 2 weeks until I open a checking account somewhere else

My other bank does not charge a fee for immediate processing of deposits (Chase). Also, the bill pay online, if 5th 3rd has to send a paper check, takes days for them to process. I only have this account because I am a joint account holder on a pre-existing account. I would not use 5th 3rd ever.

No ability to lock debt card
For some reason there is absolutely no way to lock your debit card in the app.

One star review
I pay most of my bills online. Every one of those, with the exception of 53, provides a confirmation with date, amount paid, and a confirmation number. I would expect 53 to provide this minimal service as most other vendors do. I did this as a payment, not a “transfer”.

this app is unreliable, it's always under maintenance, I have trouble logging in, and zelle and moving money doesn't work past 1am for some reason???

Abysmal load times and crashes constantly. Can't even mobile deposit checks. Seriously considering switching banks because of how bad this app has become.

Don't care for the layout. Can't see balance after each transaction. The floating help button can't be gotten rid of and blocks the view. After depositing a check I clicked on the account to see what other transactions were there and it just keep asking me for a nickname for the account. Check deposit is nice though. But I prefer to use the desktop for getting all the info.
