Drops out a lot; frequent error codes.
I use the FiosTV app, Netflix, appleTV, Amazon prime on my iPad and only the FiosTV app drops connection and throws up error codes. Not being able to minimize the screen while looking at other apps seems weird these days when all the other apps can do it. Nov 22: After a recent update the program became even worse. Horrible changes to the UI. A window that asks you if you want to watch the last channel you were watching with a 30 sec timer and no way to say “no”! 12-18-22: todays update won't let me login. Stuck in a loop of signing in and and pages describing the new features. 03-16-24...completely broken now. Forces you to turn off Private Relay (An Apple privacy feature) and the program still refuses to play channels and keeps telling you to go turn off Private Relay…It's Off! 01/26/25..won't play anything. I get some audio then an error. Some channels give a bit if video then an error. Complete garbage app. Designed to fail so that people don't watch on an iPad. Clowns.

Wants an upgrade to use
After all the hassle of getting logged in, then an upgrade to my package is required to use, they couldn't tell me this upfront? Verizon will nickel and dime you to death! So over it!

although the app is actually very good, I keep getting logged out on a daily basis and it's frustrating to have to re-log in every time I use the app

Location issues
This app right now is trash. Fix the location issues. I'm located in RI and my BY area games are being blacked out. When you try to input location data the screen jumps. It should pinpoint my location and it's not doing that. Also if you look on my iPhone it doesn't say that the app is sharing my location

Quirky when it works. I miss the old format, getting tired of being logged out. This app needs serious help, it functioned OK at one time.

This app has gone downhill. Casting to Chromecast seems only to work a quarter of the time, and that's after reinstalling the app (yes, I checked for updates, same network, etc. first each time). Customer support doesn't do much. More recently, even watching on my phone without casting has given me trouble with just watching any of the channels I'm paying for. The app seems to delay a few seconds from lice when casting (not thay big of a deal). I just wish it could simply cast to Chromecast.

doesn't work well. The DVR should be easier to watch or to download temporarily. So we don't have to rely on an internet connection. I am sure it can be improved.
