Your app only gives me balance and what payment for month but no other details since last month and a half.

I have had this app for a long time have never had a problem. Since recent update I can only see my balance and make a payment. I can not see any other information like recent charges and payments. It says "your request can not be completed" I have to go to website. If these issues can be resolved that would be great

My card stopped working for purchases outside of Melaleuca. Help center says everthing looks fine.

I have stellar payment history with you. I have a $30,000 credit line. I haven't seen a check or a balance transfer offer since the beginning not a great way to do business.

The app used to be great, but now I can only see the summary and not any transactions. It states "Your request could not be completed. Please try accessing our website or return to the app later.". It has been this way for over a couple weeks. It makes the app useless.

I was not notified fnbo had issued a new app until this morning. I have been trying to pay my balance, but could not log in. I spent a very frustrating early morning before your customer service informed me of the new app ( they were very patient!). Also, I have not received a paper bill. I cannot pay if I don't have the info. Respectfully submitted. DDennis
