Stops music playing
App works fine but on starting up it halts the music I am listening to. Please change this

Opening the App pauses music
Not sure why, as it didn't used to, but ever since the new update with the new intro L, music is paused when opening the app which is incredibly frustrating. This needs to be fixed

Starting from Jan I can't open the App without being closed in seconds. I'm buying for my trips, even though I do have a mTicket veiled for months. So frustrating

Why is the [contact] Chelmsford cut so many buses and only have one service when there are older people who live in westlands and Writtle that's so unfair on the elderly

Absolutely abysmal service. If i could give minus stars I would. No updates about diversions, buses not showing up when they are on the trackers. Bus stop schedules are also wrong. I waited 60 minutes for a 30 minute bus ride that i could have walked if I had known none of the buses scheduled would show... They leave you hanging cold outside with no directions. I don't even hate the people that violently robbed me, but I dare say I hate first.. consistently unreliable trash...

Insanely slow to load, often not updated when new schedules are out. Inaccurate, I may as well pay a fortune teller to predict when my bus will arrive. Unfortunately it's the only first bus app so I have to use it.

New updates are no improvement - changing the appearance doesn't change the App !! Map shows the Bus is 1 stop away, stop time says it will arrive in 21 minutes. Trackers on buses frequently don't work, so buses don't show up !
