The bus time on the app are not the same as the bus stop times which made me late for my appointment and I left early too

UPDATE. Worse service in the UK ever. I have now had a chance to travel across the country and literally everyone I have spoken to will avoid first if they can. Completely unreliable, overpriced and the worst service. I have said for years at this point the government should stop giving them our taxes, let the company die and let someone else take over because they are the LAST company I want to HAVE to give my money AND taxes to.

Bad connection and never accurate

This is unbelievable...The "new" First Bus app update has only changed its logo, not improving the terrible problems of the previous app version, so it's exactly the same awful app as before, what a scam! :( How about changing the essentials such as: (1) Allowing passengers to search for a bus time in advance, and not only on the very morning of departure!! (2) Journey Planner section being all about admin info instead of being a live bus Journey Planner!! (3) Informing passengers of bus delays? Recently it seems that whenever a First Bus is delayed or diverted the next scheduled bus has just dropped off the app screen altogether instead of providing a live update! Why? Is the satellite strength inadequate /not tuned in properly to your buses' whereabouts? ...So maddening as passengers don't know if the bus is late or cancelled. (4) Talking of cancelled, it has now happened twice that the LAST bus of the day just hasn't arrived, even when I've been at the stop 10mins early...with no info on the First Bus app! Presumably as the First Bus managers have sloped off home, not caring about leaving a female passenger stranded at a bus stop in the dark on her own?! Please OVERHAUL THIS APP as it is currently too unreliable to use...In Dorset/the West Country (full of retirees) you MUST surely realise that it is essential to consolidate all your travel info including simplifying your app usability? (It is maddening that your published bus stop times differ from your own app's, which seem to differ from the drivers' timetables', which differs from Google search info, which differs from online pdf's on your own website First Bus!!

What is the point of a transport app with out cancellation details.

whenever i open the app to check when the bus is coming, it pauses my music now. i feel like 99% of people getting the bus are using headphones. so this is just annoying for no reason. your app doesnt even play music what is the reason for this

doesn't show a timetable. useless app.

always down had a technical problem all day

keep getting "sorry technical issue please try again later" on two different Android devices. No idea when this might be fixed, never any mention of problems on website. Dire.
