Decent App
This is a pretty decent app, but could use a few enhancements. 1. Automatically take the photo when depositing checks for front and back instead of having it manually like some of my other baking apps do. 2. Be able to view the check that I did a mobile deposit with.

Banking with other institutions
Unable to do recurring payments from outside banking institutions. Needless to say, once rates drop a bit I will be switching banks simply due to this inconvenience.

The app is not down often, which is very helpful. I really had no problems with it, but I feel there's always room for improvement on anything.

Mobile Check Deposit buggy
Check deposits require several attempts for larger checks.

Not as good as before.
The list of accounts keeps changing positions. The screen rotation lock must be turned off to use the camera capture on mobile deposits. Now getting error messages when I attempt to make a payment to the business credit card account. And now they want to set a cookie on our phones to track your activity and/or sell your information, but why are we not compensated for our information. I may be looking for another bank.

I'm changing banks for 1 simple reason, no one will answer the phone. That's all but that's enough for me. I waited for 30 minutes to ask a simple question, I hung up without the first person saying good morning. Not a single person after 30 minutes of holding my phone up to my ear. Bank of America, I need an account, and I have plenty.
