Disappointed
Not sure if it's the bank itself or the app, but there is a significant delay in funds when moving them from account to another. Customer service can't see where the money goes either.

Very bad problem resolution.
Has not worked correctly from my phone or iPad for over a month. Many tickets placed with their IT department. Still no resolution. Very disappointed indeed. The app constantly locks me out and the Face ID stops working. Needs escalation to highest IT ticket.

Facial recognition
This app is awesome except it does not have facial recognition.

Accounts change order
The accounts change order constantly. Every time I try to scroll they rearrange. It makes it hard to tell how much is in each account. This started happening about a year ago. Before that, the app was great.

Account alerts still don’t work. They never fix this.
I still don't get alerts when debits are posted from external sources. Perhaps they could partner with Chase Bank, their app works flawlessly

after making the payment, your app still shows the minimum payment the same amount. which is incorrect. The minimum payment was supposed to be zero after the payment was already made. This caused multiple money losses and time losses trying to contact customer service and reverse the payment.

App needs work
you cannot change the classifications to designate what category your spend is anymore. Been non-functional for at least 4 months now. For example, a Venmo transfer is classified as home improvement. WHAT?!? Cannot change it because they cannot seem to make the editing function work.

Fairly easy to navigate & neat appearance so I'd rate 5⭐ if it wasn't for the available balance that should show each time but doesn't. Most often, there's only the supposedly "Current" Balance, which is usually NOT current & should be called "Previous" Balance as it's quite misleading (maybe on purpose??) & doesn't reflect the actual balance so it's like flying blind when you're on a day to day basis & get stuck at the gas pump when the card is refused & you can't go to work or back home!‼️
