Constantly the site is down due to maintenance. When they're not doing maintenance there's always something wrong like you can't use zelle or something else isn't working.

Clunky App, Not User Friendly
US Bank's App is much more user friends, Zelle is free with US Bank to send and receive and we have a $7k limit, FCB we have $1.5k limit which restricts us… I'm charged with FCB for zelle transactions, the app is very limited on what you can do and not easy to navigate. Junk

App is always having issues, cannot lock credit cards for some reason it unlocks as soon as you leave the app. When you try multiple times, then your credit card gets locked out and you cannot use it. When you call in it takes the inexperienced personnel 30-45 minutes to fix it and then your card is wide open and un protected. I've replaced my credit card 2 times cause of this. Will not let you make a payment through the app either. I have to go to a branch, and then they charge a $10 servicefee
