Not good
Compared to other banking apps, this one stinks. Hard to use, can't set up automatic payments. I cringe ever time I have to use it.

The UI is confusing!
The app feels like it was designed without the user experience being a priority. It's slow, the taxonomy/menu is confusing (eg how do I pay a bill), there is no history of prior payments to existing payees etc. C'mon, you can do a LOT better. BoA, Citi, and SVB do (did 😞)!

The worst bank ever!!!!!
I get my money stolen from this so called bank at least twice a year!!! My SSI MONEY I am a terminally ill cancer patient!!!! And you would think staff and managers would be at the very least helpful and apologetic about it, but no!!! instead they are nasty talking unhelpful, shouting my Social Security number out loud over the phone to somebody so everybody in the bank could hear it! If they just gave my Social Security number to somebody over the phone told me, but of course our fraud department! Like precisely, the people who committed fraud because twice a year, somebody bank account without someone from staff knowledge is impossible

The app started declining extremely quickly. Some functions barely work. Very disappointing

Just okay
For the most part I enjoy this app. It needs a lot of updates. My biggest annoyance is every time it loads my accounts and I need to scroll down it immediately changes the order of my accounts. The sensitivity is ridiculous and so annoying. It should make you open a setting to change that. I can hardly scroll.

Tempermental
I find the AP is fair to good. It is temperamental at best for online deposits. Some times it takes them, then times it doesn't. I follow to correct my deposits to no avail they are rejected. I have two other accounts at other banks and I don't have any difficulties with them.
