Keeps making me log in every single time I open the app instead of maintaining my choice to use biometrics to login. I don't know if there was an update or something but it didn't used to do this.

It has been useless for going on 6 months! Can not even transfer money to make a payment from my bank account to my first citizens visa. They have claimed that they are working on getting it fixed. Mabe it time to get new tecks that can do this! 😵💫. I have no other choice but to take my banking business elsewhere!

Not Friendly
Not user friendly! Also ATM should give you choice of denominations. I have been trying to find out how I do auto pay and it seems that I'm not the only one that has no clue management at the bank also has no clue how to make different companies auto pay! And what's with the very light print when you open up you billing list!

I don't like this app. It doesn't allow me to link my credit union, it doesn't show pending charges until days later instead of instantly, the Zelle doesn't work so I have to go through the Zelle app to transfer money which won't work after March. I only joined this bank because my credit union that I love doesn't have branches where I live now. Once I get my finances settled, I will be looking for another credit union to use instead.

The app does not actually tell you what you have in the account. It also does not give you an update when you use the card what you're available money is. Basically it just lets you check in 900 times to see your available balance and it is not accurate but they updated every day LMAO 🤣. Although you still have to go online to check it because that's not what's actually in your account because you've used your card at least four times. That is my opinion

Well, it's hard enough for me to get into my account remembering the info. So far, the little bit I have actually used in this app is great. I have no problems.

Confusing
Trying to search for an item on the app. The app says go to the website, the website says go to the app. Terrible!
