Very poor. App crashes every time I use the back arrow rendering it very impractical. I notified FD techs of this 3 months ago. Their response was: we know about this issue and we're working on it.... I hoped the latest update would fix this bug - silly me. Come on FD sort it out!!! I've been a customer for 25 years but you're going to lose me if you don't fix this buggy app.

App has completely broken for me now - with no other easy way to bank, what am I expected to do here? Unbelievable.

Cheque imaging simply doesn't work. Perfectly flat cheque on dark or light backgrounds not recognised... App thinks it's got a fold, or isn't the right size. Additionally, the app now doesn't work as the phone is rooted. Does it not occur to these people that using a web browser on a smartphone that's rooted is actually less secure than using the app? It's a pity to see FD just following this silly trend. The shop was actually wow good before this silliness.

Worst app. ever. I was trying to sign in as a new customer but just going round in circles. I wish I'd read the reviews here first. Several telephone calls did not resolve. Does not deserve a star and I have uninstalled it. Consequently I have uninstalled it. Does direct line never read the reviews and resolve issues?
