I won’t switch
Top notch 24/7 customer service unlink any other banking provider in the UK. App could do with a redesign though as the UI is a tad finicky.

This App of this bank stole my money from my savings Account, over 2000 gbp! And refused to Return or even look for it. Stay away from these crooks !

Constantly changing, not always for the better
Constant updates are annoying, it's like changes but software guys to keep themselves in a job. The latest was to obscure the next credit card payment due (which was already of minimal size) so that 4 additional clicks were required after support had explained how to find this. Pointless change, but the next month it reverted back to where it was. Now it's changed again. Why should an app Make you download your previous statement just to find out what the o/s balance is?

It's the worst banking app ever. There is no simple way to pay credit card bills, or setup standing order. Very unintuitive. If I knew how it is, I wouldn't open an account. They even couldn't setup direct debit while I was on the chat with support.

I can't use this app or switch my account to FD because I don't have a driving licence or a passport. Disappointed that you are excluding me.
