Saved payees
The saved payees are random. I have some from years ago, while others disappear immediately. Matching accounts are shown multiple times. The number seems to be limited for some reason, so I often have to re-enter account details. This is VERY annoying.

Over cautious bank
Too many fraud alerts . Scared to use the cards of current and credit. Going on holidays guarantees your card will be stopped many times and even booking / spending large amounts causes problems. Even with all the security the bank has , you still are not trusted to move money out of the account. Never checked moving money in !!!

Not as good as Old bank Nationwide as can't make changes to all accounts online and have to phone to make some changes

Mostly easy to use and decent interface. I would like to be able to add “nicknames” to my various accounts, but can't, which is a pity.

UX breaking bug
Can't sign up to become a new customer in the app because when I select “yes I've had other names” and write my previous last name in the box the whole page breaks, I've restarted multiple times and tried the app several times but every time I write my old name in the box it crashes the page. There's a bug in your app.

App glitches
App is glitchy and cant open a new account. There is no other way to open an account and the customers service agent refuses to help, just responds: “try downloading the app again on another device”

Poor service of late
I've been a FD customer for many years and used the app, but lately the system has been problematic and the customer service is not much better. Multiple calls to resolve an issue, service agents who don't listen and the. Pass you around. Classic one on a Sunday - after explaining the issue the agent repeated, “how can I help” then “I forgot what you said” After 20+ years with FD I'm now looking for an alternative bank provider.

Takes you around in circles to log in and in the end just tells you to call a number to gain access. What a waste of my time.
