I have been using this app for sometime now and I can tell you the app is almost perfect,except for the recent update that affect my loan portal in the app.i can no longer access loan on the app.it keep telling me processing error anytime I try to access it.

This app has been frustrating, you keep rejecting me from making transfers saying they aren't permitted , i linked my NIN and it showed successful, why's it still asking me to link again and I can't make transfers
