It's been a horrible experience for five days now. I've not been able to transact and financial obligations from my app as the thing couldn't open and it continuously writes network failure. It's quite frustrating that I couldn't access my account for the past 5 days.

Very bad app unreliable , someone was stranded yesterday i needed to money to help the person but I could not......this app should be looked Into again please.. for that it's one star untill something is done about it.....

The App is great though but I don't know what is happening sometimes when I try making transactions it will just be bringing Transaction not permitted which is very irritating.

I have been trying to increase my daily transfer limit for eternity. It keeps telling me to visit the nearest first bank to do this. I also can't download my statement of account. Very very frustrating.
