I'm unable to log in to the app. After entering my phone number and pressing the "Continue" button, the app shows a loading circle but does nothing. After a long wait, it displays a message saying, "Unable to process your request."

Worst app! I installed this app and made 1st transaction mobile top up. Amount deducted from account but mobile topup not received after passing 3 days. Reported on customer care and also called to call center. But no response from the bank. Not resolving my issue. Don't trust on FirstPay app.

One of top worst app I have ever seen in my life and customer service people's so rude and useless knows nothing about technical issues. My app stuck during intro slide 5/6. Last 15 days they are failed to resolve issue. This time HBL poop.
